Wake Up Prayer
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Alhamdulillahilladzii ahyaanaa ba'da maa amaatanaa wa ilaihin-nusyuur
Praise be to Allah who gave us life after having put us to death, and to Him we were raised.

Nightmare Prayer
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
A'uudzu billaahi minasy-syaithaanir-rajiim
I seek refuge in Allah from the cursed devil.

If you have a bad dream: take refuge in Allah, spit a little to the left 3x, change position, and don't talk about it.
