Translation

The book “Al-Zahra” by Ibn Dawud Al-Zahiri is a book on literature and rhetoric, dealing with topics related to love, passion, reason, and wisdom. It consists of several chapters, each of which deals with different aspects of these topics, showing the relationship between sight and passion, reason and longing, and psychological treatment through description and misdescription of the condition.
