هذا الكتاب يتناول وصايا الملوك وأبناء الملوك من سلالة قحطان بن هود، حيث يروي المؤلف دعبل الخزاعي وصايا الملوك والرؤساء من ذرية قحطان عبر التاريخ. يبدأ الكتاب برواية نسب قحطان وقصة هود عليه السلام، ثم ينتقل إلى ذكر الوصايا المنسوبة إلى الملوك والرؤساء من أبناء قحطان، متناولًا بذلك مواضيع الأدب والبلاغة والتاريخ العربي القديم.

Translation

This book deals with the wills of kings and the sons of kings from the lineage of Qahtan bin Hood, as the author Dabal Al-Khuzai narrates the wills of kings and presidents from the descendants of Qahtan throughout history. The book begins by narrating Qahtan’s lineage and the story of Hud, peace be upon him, then moves on to mentioning the wills attributed to the kings and presidents of Qahtan’s sons, thus addressing topics of ancient Arab literature, rhetoric, and history.
