هذا الكتاب يتناول الأصمعيات وهي أقوال وأمثال وأبيات شعرية جمعها وأرخاها الأصمعي. يحتوي على نصوص منسوبة إلى شخصيات مختلفة مثل سحيم بن وثيل وخفاف بن ندبة، ويستعرض مواضيع تتعلق بالشعر والحكم والأمثال الشعبية. الكتاب يركز على جوانب من الثقافة العربية القديمة ويوثق التراث الشعبي واللغوي للعرب في ذلك الوقت.
Translation
This book deals with Al-Asma'i, which are sayings, proverbs, and poetic verses collected and chronicled by Al-Asma'i. It contains texts attributed to various personalities, such as Suhaim bin Watheel and Khafaf bin Nadba, and reviews topics related to poetry, wisdom, and popular proverbs. The book focuses on aspects of ancient Arab culture and documents the popular and linguistic heritage of the Arabs at that time.
