كتاب الفاخر لأبي طالب المفضل بن سلمة يتناول تفسير معاني التعبيرات وال ألفاظ الشائعة بين العامة في كلامهم وأمثالهم، مبيناً أوجهها المختلفة وفق اختلاف العلماء في تفسيرها. يهدف الكتاب إلى تعريف القارئ بما يدور في كلام الناس من لفظ وتعبيرات، وكشف معانيها الغامضة للقارئ العادي.
Translation
The book Al-Fakher by Abu Talib Al-Mufaddal bin Salamah deals with the interpretation of the meanings of expressions and words that are common among the common people in their speech and proverbs, showing their different aspects according to the differences of scholars in their interpretation. The book aims to introduce the reader to the pronunciation and expressions that people say, and to reveal their mysterious meanings to the average reader.
