Translation
This book is the second part of a literary historical series dealing with Andalusian literature, as it focuses on the era of the Taifas and Almoravids. In this part, Ihsan Abbas deals with the literary phenomenon during this historical period, reviewing the social and political conditions that affected literary life, with a focus on scientific, philosophical, and critical studies. This book differs from the first part in its methodology and details, as it focuses on specific developments in this era without singling out special translations of famous poets, as was done in the previous book. The author faces difficulties in accessing reliable sources, especially since many of them are still manuscripts, which increases the value of this literary and historical work.
