Translation
The book “Dar al-Taraz fi the work of stylized stanzas” by Ibn Sana al-Malik provides a detailed study of the art of poetic stylized stanzas, as the author deals with the different types of stylized stanzas, their rules, and their origins. The book contains introductory introductions and examples of manuscripts, in addition to analyzes of the forms of stanzas and details of their poetic structure. This book is considered one of the important works in the field of Arabic literature and rhetoric, especially in the field of studying Mawshahi poetry and its development.
