Translation
The Diwan of Tarfa bin Al-Abd is a collection of pre-Islamic poetry that includes verses that reflect the poet’s life and personal experience, in which he expresses the injustice he faced at the hands of his relatives and his reactions towards it. It also addresses other topics such as friendship, social isolation, and the search for recognition and social status.
