Translation
The book “Unpublished Amāli al-Shajri” deals with the sayings of grammarians, linguists, and writers, as Ibn al-Shajri dictated it in eighty-four sessions. It includes topics in grammar, language, and literature, with a focus on specific courses such as explaining verses from the poetry of Abu al-Tayyib al-Mutanabbi and mentioning the mistakes of Makki ibn Abi Talib in parsing the Qur’an. The book includes notes on the importance of attributing sayings to their original sources.
