The book “Nazm al-Laali Bi’la al-Awali” by Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani is an edited account of one hundred hadiths that the author heard in one sitting from his sheikh al-Burhan al-Din al-Shami. The book deals with a group of Prophetic hadiths that have been raised, indicating the importance and honor of the authentic chain of transmission in transmitting hadith, and the hadiths that contain of the Islamic sciences listed under them.
