كتاب في الفقه العام جمع فيه المؤلف المسائل التي صح فيها الإجماع عند العلماء، وفصلها عن المسائل التي وقع فيها الخلاف، ليكون ذلك مرجعًا يسهل به حفظ الأحكام وطلبها. وقد قسم الإجماع إلى قسمين: إجماع لازم فيما اتفق على وجوبه أو تحريمه، وإجماع مجازي فيما اتفق على أن فاعله قد أدى ما عليه. ويشمل الكتاب أبواب العبادات كالطهارة والصلاة والزكاة والحج، وكذلك المعاملات كالأقضية والبيوع والنكاح والطلاق، مع ذكر الاعتقادات المتعلقة بذلك.

Translation

A book on general jurisprudence in which the author collected issues on which scholarly consensus was valid, and separated them from issues on which disagreement occurred, to be a reference that facilitates memorizing and requesting rulings. Consensus has been divided into two parts: necessary consensus regarding what is agreed upon as being obligatory or forbidden, and figurative consensus regarding what is agreed upon that the doer has performed what he owes. The book includes sections on acts of worship, such as purity, prayer, zakat, and Hajj, as well as transactions such as settlements, sales, marriage, and divorce, with a mention of the beliefs related to that.
