Weak persuasion and intimidation. A book written by the hadith scholar, Sheikh Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani, with the intention of clarifying the weak hadiths contained in the book al-Targhib wa al-Tarheeb by al-Hafiz al-Mundhiri. Sheikh Al-Albani was keen to extract the hadiths from the book and attribute them to their sources. In his approach to the book, he drew attention to the misconceptions and illusions that occurred to him in his hadiths. Sheikh Al-Albani - may God have mercy on him - classified the hadiths of the book into five categories, which are: weak, very weak, fabricated, objectionable, and abnormal.
