هذا كتاب في نظام الحسبة في الإسلام، وهو من تأليف شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية، ويبحث في مفهوم الولاية الإسلامية ومسؤولية المحتسب في الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر. يتناول الكتاب موضوعات مثل الغش والتدليس في المعاملات، والعقوبات الشرعية، والتعزير المالي، وبيان الثواب والعقاب، وذلك في إطار بيان أن مقصود الولايات الإسلامية هو إقامة الدين لله تعالى.

This book in the system of computing in Islam, which is written by Sheikh Islam bin Tirmidhi, examines the concept of Islamic statehood and the implicit responsibility in the case of known and neglected. The book deals with such topics as fraud, misconduct in transactions, legal penalties, financial extortion, remuneration and punishment, as part of a statement that Islamic States intend to establish the religion of God.
