هذا كتابٌ في قواعد الإملاء والترقيم في الكتابة العربية، يعرض الضوابط العامة لرسم الحروف في أوضاعها المختلفة، متناولاً موضوعات الهمزة والألف اللينة والحروف المحذوفة والمزيدة، وعلامات الترقيم، مع تخصيص باب للحديث عن الإملاء في المجال التربوي وأهدافه وأنواعه. يهدف المؤلف إلى تيسير معرفة الضوابط الصحيحة لرسم الكلمات للطلاب والمعلمين والعاملين بالكتابة، مع الإشارة إلى ما في بعض القواعد من خلاف بين العلماء.
Translation
This is a book on the rules of spelling and punctuation in Arabic writing. It presents the general controls for drawing letters in their various positions, covering the topics of the hamza, the soft alif, deleted and extra letters, and punctuation marks, with a section dedicated to talking about dictation in the educational field, its goals and types. The author aims to facilitate knowledge of the correct rules for drawing words for students, teachers, and writing workers, while pointing out the disagreement among scholars regarding some of the rules.
