كتاب "الصاحبي في فقه اللغة العربية ومسائلها وسنن العرب في كلامها" لابن فارس هو مؤلف في علوم اللغة العربية، يتناول أصول اللغة العربية ونشأتها، ويفصل القول في خصائصها وفضلها، ومراتب كلامها، وأقسامه من اسم وفعل وحرف، ويبحث في مسائل الاشتقاق والأسماء وكيفية وقوعها على المسميات، وذلك ضمن أبواب متسلسلة تبدأ بمقدمات عن اللغات وأفصحها والخط العربي.
Translation
The book “Al-Sahibi in the jurisprudence of the Arabic language and its issues and the Sunnahs of the Arabs in its speech” by Ibn Faris is a book on the sciences of the Arabic language. It deals with the origins of the Arabic language and its origins, and details the saying about its characteristics and virtues, the levels of its speech, and its divisions of nouns, verbs, and letters. It discusses issues of derivation, nouns, and how they apply to nouns, within sequential chapters that begin with introductions to languages, their eloquence, and Arabic script.
