كتاب "سر صناعة الإعراب" لأبي الفتح عثمان بن جني هو مؤلف في علوم اللغة العربية، يميل في موضوعه إلى دراسة اللغة وأصواتها أكثر من اهتمامه بالقواعد النحوية المجردة. يعتمد المؤلف منهجًا يقوم على ترتيب حروف المعجم هجائيًا، فيتناول كل حرف بالتحليل من جوانب صوتية متعددة، مثل الجهر والهمس، والإطباق والانفتاح، والشدة والرخاوة، واصفًا صفات كل حرف وما يعتريه من إبدال أو حذف أو زيادة. يهدف الكتاب إلى الكشف عن العلل والأسرار الكامنة وراء الظواهر اللغوية والصوتية في بنية الكلمة العربية.
Translation
The book “The Secret of Syntax Industry” by Abu Al-Fath Othman bin Jinni is a book on the sciences of the Arabic language. His subject tends to study the language and its sounds more than he is interested in abstract grammatical rules. The author adopts an approach based on arranging the letters of the dictionary alphabetically. He analyzes each letter from multiple phonetic aspects, such as loudness and whispering, occlusion and openness, tightness and softness, describing the characteristics of each letter and the substitutions, deletions, or additions it contains. The book aims to reveal the causes and secrets behind the linguistic and phonetic phenomena in the structure of the Arabic word.
