Translation
The book “Islam and the Constitution” by Dr. Tawfiq bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudairi examines the subject of the constitution from a legal and Sharia perspective, trying to combine the legal and Sharia vision in his analysis of the constitutional reality of the Islamic State throughout history. The book focuses on examining the constitutional provisions in Islamic law from the time of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, until the present era, reviewing the rules and foundations of these provisions and their applications in Islamic history. It also aims to enrich scientific research in Islamic Sharia by clarifying what Sharia law is in this field and conducting a comparative study with modern legal studies.
