التبر المسبوك في نصيحة الملوك، كتاب للإمام أبو حامد الغزالي، ألّفه في أواخر أيامه باللغة الفارسية للسلطان محمد بن ملكشاه السلجوقي المتوفى سنة 511 هـ ونقله إلى العربية أحد تلامذته وهو صفي الدين على بن مبارك بن موهوب الأربلي في القرن السادس الهجري بطلب من الأتابك ألب قتلج حاكم الموصل المتوفى عام 595 هـ/1199. يعالج الكتاب نصيحة الملوك موضوعات سياسية واجتماعية جاءت في صورة نصائح ومواعظ ووصايا أخلاقية غايتها منفعة الحاكم والسياسي وإرشاده في حكم الرعية وتأديب الحاشية وعمال البلاط. والكتاب بمضمونه وبموضوعاته يصوّر المجتمع والحياة العامة، والسياسة الحكام والسلاطين وحياة البلاط.
Translation
The cast iron on the advice of kings, a book by Imam Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, written in the last days of his life in the Persian language by Sultan Muhammad bin Malikshah of Seljuk, who died in the year 511 AH, and translated into Arabic by one of his students, Safi al-Din Ali bin Mubarak bin Mawhib al-Arbali, in the sixth century AH, at the request of the atabeg Alp Qutluj, the ruler of Mosul, who died in the year 595 AH/1199. The book, Advice to Kings, addresses political and social topics in the form of advice, sermons, and moral commandments aimed at benefiting the ruler and politician, guiding him in ruling the subjects, and disciplining courtiers and court workers. The book, in its content and topics, depicts society, public life, politics, rulers and sultans, and court life.
