السياسة الشرعية في إصلاح الراعي والرعية. هو كتاب لابن تيمية كتبه بصيغة رسالة إلى أحد أولي الأمر، وضمّها ما يجب على الحاكم المسلم من أداء للأمانات، والحكم بين الناس بالقسط في الحدود والحقوق، فجاءت رسالة ضافية بينت جماع السياسة العادلة، والولاية الصالحة للحاكم على النحو الذي يراه الله عزّ وجلّ من كل حاكم. ترجم قاضي زاده محمد أفندي الكتاب إلى التركية مع إضافات وتعليقات، وسماها «تاج الرسائل ومنهاج الوسائل»، وقدمها إلى السلطان مراد الرابع.
Translation
Sharia policy in reforming the shepherd and the flock. It is a book by Ibn Taymiyyah that he wrote in the form of a letter to one of those in authority, and it included what is required of the Muslim ruler, such as performing trusts and ruling between people fairly in terms of limits and rights. A comprehensive letter came that explained the combination of just policy and the righteous guardianship of the ruler in the manner that God Almighty sees from every ruler. Qazizadeh Mehmet Efendi translated the book into Turkish with additions and comments, called it “The Crown of Messages and Minhaj al-Wasa’il,” and presented it to Sultan Murad IV.
