About this work

Translation

The book “Pearls of Rulers in the Explanation of Al-Ahkam Magazine” by Ali Haider is an encyclopedic explanation of the Al-Ahkam Al-Adliyyah magazine, and is located in the field of Sharia politics and the judiciary. The book begins with two introductory articles: the first in defining the science of jurisprudence and dividing it into acts of worship, transactions, marriages, and punishments, and the second in explaining the general jurisprudential rules that form the basis of rulings, such as “matters according to their objectives,” “certainty is not removed by doubt,” and “there is neither harm nor harm.” Through this explanation, the author aims to detail the practical jurisprudential issues deduced from their detailed evidence, with a focus on transactions that occur frequently.
