Translation
In his political memoirs, Sultan Abdul Hamid II presents his vision of his rule and the challenges of the Ottoman Empire, speaking about internal events and external conspiracies, and reviewing issues such as nationalist movements, the Armenian crisis, and bureaucratic corruption. The book also addresses relations with the great powers and the economic and social challenges the country faced, with a focus on the role of minorities in governance and administration.
