هذا الكتاب يتناول سيرة السلطان عماد الدين زنكي وعصره، مركزًا على أصول أسرته وجذورها، ومكانته السياسية والعسكرية، وسياسته الداخلية والخارجية، وعلاقته بالسلطة السلجوقية والخلافة العباسية. كما يتحدث عن توسعه في شمال بلاد الشام وإقليم الجزيرة، ودوره في مقاومة التهديدات الصليبية وتوحيد الجبهة الإسلامية ضد الاحتلال.
Translation
This book deals with the biography of Sultan Imad al-Din Zengi and his era, focusing on the origins and roots of his family, his political and military status, his internal and foreign policy, and his relationship with the Seljuk authority and the Abbasid Caliphate. It also talks about its expansion into the northern Levant and the Jazira region, and its role in resisting the Crusader threats and unifying the Islamic Front against the occupation.
