العبر في خبر من عبر وفي بعض المصادر العبر في خبر من غبر كتاب للإمام الذهبي اختصر فيه كتابه تاريخ الإسلام ووفيات المشاهير والأعلام، وقد ابتدأ فيه من السنة الأولى للهجرة وانتهى في السنة 700 هـ.
Translation
Lessons in the story of those who passed, and in some sources the lessons in the news of those who wrote a book by Imam al-Dhahabi in which he summarized his book on the history of Islam and the deaths of celebrities and notables. It began in the first year of the Hijra and ended in the year 700 AH.
