هذا الكتاب يتناول تاريخ المغول والتتار وغزوهم لبلاد المسلمين، مسلطاً الضوء على المشروع المغولي وعوامل انتشاره وانكساره. يبدأ المؤلف بدراسة الجذور التاريخية للمغول وتعريفهم وموطنهم الأصلي، ثم ينتقل إلى دراسة أحوال العالم الإسلامي قبيل الغزو المغولي. كما يركز على ظهور جنكيز خان ودوره في توحيد القبائل المغولية وإنشاء الإمبراطورية المغولية، معتمداً على تحليل عوامل القوة التي مكنت المغول من تحقيق انتشارهم الواسع في العالم الإسلامي.
Translation
This book deals with the history of the Mongols and Tatars and their invasion of Muslim countries, shedding light on the Mongol project and the factors of its spread and defeat. The author begins by studying the historical roots of the Mongols, their definition, and their original homeland, then moves on to study the conditions of the Islamic world prior to the Mongol invasion. It also focuses on the emergence of Genghis Khan and his role in unifying the Mongol tribes and establishing the Mongol Empire, relying on an analysis of the power factors that enabled the Mongols to achieve their wide spread in the Islamic world.
