حوادث الدهور في مدى الأيام والشهور» هو مؤلف تاريخي من تأليف ابن تغري بردي، يختص بتسجيل أحداث كل سنة وشهر وفق ترتيب زمني يبدأ بسنة خمس وأربعين وثمان مائة وينتهي بسنة خمسين وثمان مائة، مع إرفاق تراجم للوفيات. يعتمد المؤلف في كتابه على مراجعة وتوسيع ما ورد في كتاب «السلوك في معرفة دول الملوك» ويضيف تحليلاته الخاصة لتقريب الفائدة للقارئ. يهدف إلى جمع الحوادث والتراجم في آن واحد لتوفير مرجع شامل للحقبة المذكورة.
Translation
“Accidents of Eons over the Days and Months” is a historical work written by Ibn Taghri Bardi. It specializes in recording the events of each year and month according to a chronological order that begins with the year one hundred and forty-five and ends with the year one hundred and eighty-fifty, with biographies of the deaths attached. In his book, the author relies on reviewing and expanding what was stated in the book “Conduct in Knowing the Countries of Kings” and adds his own analyzes to bring benefit to the reader. It aims to collect incidents and biographies at the same time to provide a comprehensive reference for the aforementioned era.
