Translation
The book “The Seljuk State and the Emergence of an Islamic Resistance Project” by Ali Muhammad Al-Salabi is considered a historical study that deals with the emergence of the Seljuk state, the origins of its sultans, and its political path in the Levant and other regions. It sheds light on the attempts at Islamic resistance that emerged in response to the internal penetration and Crusader invasion, based on detailed analyzes of topics that include the origins of the Seljuks, their policies, and their relations with the Abbasid caliphs. The author combines historical narrative and religious objectivity to show the role of the Seljuk state in shaping the path of Islamic resistance.
