زبدة الحلب في تاريخ حلب لابن العديم، هو ملخص لعمل آخر لهذا المؤلف بغية الطلب في تاريخ حلب. ورغم أن هذا الكتاب تاريخ محلي، إلا أنه يحتوي على معلومات قيمة عن هجمات الفرنجة على الشام، وخاصة مدينتي حلب وأنطاكية. وقد نُشرته دار الكتب العلمية، في بيروت في لبنان.
Translation
Buttermilk in the History of Aleppo by Ibn al-Adim, is a summary of another work by this author with the aim of requesting the history of Aleppo. Although this book is a local history, it contains valuable information about the Frankish attacks on the Levant, especially the cities of Aleppo and Antioch. It was published by Dar Al-Kutub Al-Ilmiyyah, in Beirut, Lebanon.
