هذا الكتاب "سمط النجوم العوالي في أنباء الأوائل والتوالي" للعصامي هو تأليف في التاريخ يتناول سيرة النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وأحواله، ويشمل أيضًا ذكر الخلفاء الراشدين وأحداثهم. يقسم المؤلف الكتاب إلى مقاصد وأبواب تفصل في نسب النبي وأحواله، ثم ينتقل إلى ذكر الخلفاء الأربعة وأحداثهم، مع تناول بعض القضايا التاريخية والشخصيات المهمة في عصرهم. الكتاب يهدف إلى تقديم تاريخ إسلامي شامل يتناول الأحداث والوقائع بطريقة منظمة ومفصلة.
Translation
This book, “The Scaling of the Awali Stars in the News of the First and the Successive,” by Al-Isami, is a work on history that deals with the biography of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his circumstances. It also includes a mention of the Rightly Guided Caliphs and their events. The author divides the book into sections and chapters detailing the lineage and circumstances of the Prophet, then moves on to mention the four caliphs and their events, while addressing some historical issues and important figures of their time. The book aims to present a comprehensive Islamic history that deals with events and facts in an organized and detailed manner.
