Translation
The book “Omar bin Abdulaziz, Milestones of Renewal and Reform” by Ali Muhammad Al-Sallabi is a historical book that deals with the biography of the Rightly Guided Caliph Omar bin Abdulaziz from his birth until his caliphate, based on chapters detailing the stages of his life, and the influence of family, social and scientific factors on the formation of his personality. The author focuses on his role during the reigns of Al-Walid and Suleiman, explaining his reform positions from Shura and justice to redressing injustices and reforming administration, and reviews the features of his renewal that were based on the approach of prophecy.
