كتاب تاريخي يدرس أنظمة الحكم والرسوم السياسية في الدولة الأموية بالأندلس، منذ نشأتها عام 138هـ حتى سقوطها عام 422هـ. يتناول الكتاب في مجلدين النظام السياسي والإداري والمالي، بالإضافة إلى الخطط السياسية والحربية والدينية كالحجابة والوزارة والجيش والقضاء والحسبة والشرطة. يهدف البحث إلى بيان كيفية تنظيم رئاسة الدولة وولاية العهد، مع ربط هذه النظم بالوضع السياسي العام للدولة.
Translation
A historical book that studies the systems of government and political fees in the Umayyad state in Andalusia, from its inception in 138 AH until its fall in 422 AH. In two volumes, the book deals with the political, administrative and financial system, in addition to political, war and religious plans such as the hijab, the ministry, the army, the judiciary, the Hisbah and the police. The research aims to explain how the presidency of the state and the Crown Prince are organized, while linking these systems to the general political situation of the state.
