كتاب أحكام القرآن للطحاوي أبي جعفر أحمد بن محمد بن سلامة بن عبد الملك الأزدي الطحاوي، الفقيه الحنفي؛ انتهت إليه رياسة أصحاب أبي حنيفة. وتفسير آيات الأحكام لقيت من التّحرير والتّهذيب ما لم يكن مثله لسائر الأبواب، ولا يخفى أنّ سببه ما ينبني عليه من تفاصيل الشّرائع العمليّة. غير أن الطحاوي يذهب بالمسائل التي ذكرها إلى إبراز المذهب الحنفي الذي ينتمي إليه، بل قد يتعدى الأمر إلى غمط المخالفين، والاستطالة عليهم بما لا داعي له. …

The Book of Ahkam Al-Qur’an by Al-Tahawi Abu Jaafar Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Salama bin Abdul-Malik Al-Azdi Al-Tahawi, the Hanafi jurist; The leadership of Abu Hanifa's companions ended with him. The interpretation of the verses of the rulings received a level of liberation and refinement that was not the case for other chapters, and it is no secret that its reason is the details of the practical laws that are based on it. However, Al-Tahawi takes the issues he mentioned to highlight the Hanafi school of thought to which he belongs. Rather, the matter may go beyond looking down upon the opponents and extending undue lengths upon them. …
