المصفى بأكف أهل الرسوخ من علم الناسخ والمنسوخ، لمؤلفه: أبي الفرج، عبد الرحمن ابن الجوزي الحنبلي البغدادي، اختصره من كتاب له في الموضوع اسمه «عمدة الراسخ» وبالغ في اختصاره ليحث الراغب على حفظه، ويكتفي به عن غيره من المؤلفات في هذا المجال. وقدم المؤلف بقواعد مهمة في أمر النسخ، كإمكان وقوعه، وأنه يختص بالأوامر والنواهي دون الأخبار، وأهمية العلم به لمن يشتغل بتفسير القرآن، ثم ذكر الآيات المتعلقة مرتبة حسب وقوعها في المصحف. والكتاب يهم من يريد استعراض الآيات التي وقع فيها النسخ على سبيل معرفتها وما قيل فيها بإيجاز، أو على جهة الاستذكار لها.
Translation
Al-Musfi with the most knowledgeable people of Al-Rusukh from the knowledge of abrogated and abrogated, by its author: Abu Al-Faraj, Abd Al-Rahman Ibn Al-Jawzi Al-Hanbali Al-Baghdadi. He summarized it from a book of his on the subject called “Umdat Al-Rasikh” and exaggerated its abbreviation to urge those who wish to memorize it, and to suffice with it compared to other works in this field. The author presented important rules regarding the matter of abrogation, such as the possibility of its occurrence, and that it concerns commands and prohibitions rather than news, and the importance of knowing it for those who engage in interpreting the Qur’an. Then he mentioned the related verses, arranged according to their occurrence in the Qur’an. The book is of interest to those who want to review the verses in which abrogation occurred, for the sake of knowing them and what was said in them briefly, or for the purpose of remembering them.
