About this work
هذا كتاب في علوم القرآن يختص ببيان أحكام الوقف والابتداء في تلاوة كتاب الله، جمعه مؤلفه من أقوال المفسرين وكتب القراء والنحويين. يبدأ الكتاب بتمهيد نظري يشرح أقسام الوقف (التام، الكافي، الحسن، القبيح) وأحكامه، ثم ينتقل إلى تطبيق هذه الأحكام على سور القرآن الكريم مرتبةً من سورة الفاتحة إلى آخر المصحف، مع ذكر ما يتعلق بكل موضع من تفسير ومعنى وإعراب. وقد قصد المؤلف إلى الإيجاز والاختصار ليسهل تناوله وتعم فائدته للمبتدئ والمنتهي.
Translation
This is a book on the sciences of the Qur’an that specializes in explaining the rulings on stopping and starting in the recitation of the Book of God, compiled by its author from the sayings of commentators and the books of reciters and grammarians. The book begins with a theoretical introduction explaining the types of endowments (complete, sufficient, good, and ugly) and their rulings. Then, it moves on to applying these rulings to the surahs of the Holy Qur’an in order from Surah Al-Fatihah to the end of the Qur’an, mentioning the interpretation, meaning, and parsing related to each position. The author intended to be brief and concise in order to make it easy to read and to be of general benefit to both the beginner and the advanced.
