هذا كتاب في تفسير آيات الأحكام من القرآن الكريم، يهدف إلى استخراج الأحكام الشرعية والفقهية من الآيات التي تتناولها، معتمدًا على منهج يجمع بين التفسير بالمأثور والتفسير بالرأي. يبدأ الكتاب بمقدمة عن علم التفسير وأنواعه، ثم يشرع في تفسير سورة الفاتحة وسورة البقرة، متناولًا بالشرح والتحليل آيات الأحكام المتعلقة بالصلاة والنسخ والربا وغيرها، مع بيان ما يؤخذ منها من أحكام.
Translation
This is a book on the interpretation of verses of rulings from the Holy Qur’an. It aims to extract legal and jurisprudential rulings from the verses they cover, relying on an approach that combines interpretation by tradition and interpretation by opinion. The book begins with an introduction to the science of interpretation and its types, then begins the interpretation of Surat Al-Fatihah and Surat Al-Baqarah, covering with explanation and analysis the verses of the rulings related to prayer, abrogation, usury, and others, with an explanation of the rulings taken from them.
