Hadith 888Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ يَقُولُ تَغْتَسِلُ بَيْنَ كُلِّ صَلَاتَيْنِ غُسْلًا وَاحِدًا وَتَغْتَسِلُ لِلْفَجْرِ غُسْلًا وَاحِدًا قَالَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ وَكَانَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَمَكْحُولٌ يَقُولَانِ تَغْتَسِلُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Al-Awza’i told us, he said: I heard Ata’ bin Abi Rabah say: You should wash once between every two prayers, and One bath for dawn, Al-Awza’i said, and Al-Zuhri and Makhoul said: You wash at every prayer.
Hadith 890Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يَقُولُ كَتَبَتْ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ إِنِّي أُسْتَحَاضُ فَلَا أَطْهُرُ وَإِنِّي أُذَكِّرُكُمَا اللَّهَ إِلَّا أَفْتَيْتُمَانِي وَإِنِّي سَأَلْتُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالُوا كَانَ عَلِيٌّ يَقُولُ تَغْتَسِلُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ فَقَرَأْتُ وَكَتَبْتُ الْجَوَابَ بِيَدِي مَا أَجِدُ لَهَا إِلَّا مَا قَالَ عَلِيٌّ فَقِيلَ إِنَّ الْكُوفَةَ أَرْضٌ بَارِدَةٌ فَقَالَ لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَابْتَلَاهَا بِأَشَدَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ قِيلَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّ أَرْضَهَا أَرْضٌ بَارِدَةٌ فَقَالَ تُؤَخِّرُ الظُّهْرَ وَتُعَجِّلُ الْعَصْرَ وَتَغْتَسِلُ غُسْلًا وَتُؤَخِّرُ الْمَغْرِبَ وَتُعَجِّلُ الْعِشَاءَ وَتَغْتَسِلُ غُسْلًا وَتَغْتَسِلُ لِلْفَجْرِ غُسْلًا
Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith informed us, Shu`bah informed us, Abu Bishr informed us, saying: I heard Sa`id ibn Jubayr saying: A woman wrote to Ibn Abbas and Ibn al-Zubayr: I have had a menstrual period but have not become clean, and I remind you, by God, unless you give me a fatwa. And I asked about that, and they said, “It was upon me.” He says, “You wash for every prayer.” So I read and wrote the answer with my own hand. I could not find anything for it except what Ali said. It was said that Kufa is a cold land. He said, “If God willing, He will test her with something more severe than that. Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Qais, on the authority of Mujahid, who said: It was said to Ibn Abbas: Its land is a cold land, so he said, “You delay the noon prayer, you hasten the afternoon prayer, you perform a bath a good bath, you delay the sunset prayer, you hasten the evening prayer, and you do a bath a good bath.” And you bathe at dawn
Hadith 891Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ ابْنَةَ جَحْشٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَكَانَتْ تُسْتَحَاضُ فَكَانَتْ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ مِرْكَنِهَا وَإِنَّهُ لَعَالِيهِ الدَّمُ فَتُصَلِّي
Hajjaj told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Hisham ibn Urwa, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Zainab bint Umm Salamah, that the daughter of Jahsh was under a slave. Hadith 892Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ إِسْحَقَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ وَيَحْيَى بْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ يَقُولَانِ تُفْرِدُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ اغْتِسَالَةً قَالَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ وَبَلَغَنِي عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
Wahb bin Saeed Al-Dimashqi told us on the authority of Shuaib bin Ishaq, Al-Awza’i told us, he said: I heard Al-Zuhri and Yahya bin Abi Kathir saying A ritual ablution should be singled out for each prayer. Al-Awza’i said, and he informed me of an alcoholic matter similar to that.
Hadith 894Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ الْكُوفِيِّ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أُسْتَحَاضُ فَقَالَ عَلَيْكِ بِالْمَاءِ فَانْضَحِيهِ فَإِنَّهُ يَقْطَعُ الدَّمَ عَنْكِ
Hajjaj told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Hammad al-Kufi, that a woman asked Ibrahim and said, “I am having a period of menstruation,” so he said, “You have to pour water and sprinkle it.” It stops your blood flow
Hadith 895Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الْمُطَلَّقَةِ الَّتِي ارْتِيبَ بِهَا تَرَبَّصُ سَنَةً فَإِنْ حَاضَتْ وَإِلَّا تَرَبَّصَتْ بَعْدَ انْقِضَاءِ السَّنَةِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ فَإِنْ حَاضَتْ وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا
Affan bin Muslim told us, Muhammad bin Dinar told us, Yunus told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, regarding a divorced woman who was suspected of being suspected, he waited for a year, and if she menstruated Otherwise, she waits for three months after the end of the year, and if she menstruates, otherwise her waiting period has expired.
Hadith 896Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ قَالَ سُئِلَ مَالِكٌ عَنْ عِدَّةِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ إِذَا طُلِّقَتْ فَحَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ عِدَّتُهَا سَنَةٌ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد هُوَ قَوْلُ مَالِكٍ
Abdullah bin Maslamah told us, he said, Malik was asked about the waiting period for a woman who undergoes menstruation if she is divorced. Malik told us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Sa’id. Ibn Al-Musayyab said that the waiting period is one year. Abu Muhammad said it is the opinion of Malik.
Hadith 898Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَحَاضَتْ حَيْضَةً أَوْ حَيْضَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ ارْتَفَعَتْ حَيْضَتُهَا إِنْ كَانَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ كِبَرٍ اعْتَدَّتْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ شَابَّةً وَارْتَابَتْ اعْتَدَّتْ سَنَةً بَعْدَ الرِّيبَةِ
Nasr bin Ali told us, Abd al-Ala told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of al-Zuhri, who said: If a man divorces his wife and she has one or two menstrual periods, Then her menstruation stopped, and if this was due to old age, she should wait for three months, and if she was young and she was suspicious, she should wait for a year after the doubt.
Hadith 908Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ الْحَامِلِ تَرَى الدَّمَ فَقَالَ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ
Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik bin Anas told us, he said: I asked Al-Zuhri about a pregnant woman who sees blood, and he said, “You should stop praying.”
Hadith 909Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ مُجَاهِدًا عَنْ امْرَأَتِي رَأَتْ دَمًا وَأَنَا أُرَاهَا حَامِلًا قَالَ ذَلِكَ غَيْضُ الْأَرْحَامِ { اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَحْمِلُ كُلُّ أُنْثَى وَمَا تَغِيضُ الْأَرْحَامُ وَمَا تَزْدَادُ } فَمَا غَاضَتْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ رَأَتْ مِثْلَهُ فِي الْحَمْلِ
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us on the authority of Uthman ibn al-Aswad. He said, “I asked a mujahid about my wife who saw blood while I saw her pregnant.” He said that is just the tip. The wombs {Allah knows what every female bears and what the wombs contract and what they increase} so she has not contracted anything that she has seen the like of in pregnancy.
Hadith 910Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ { اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَحْمِلُ كُلُّ أُنْثَى وَمَا تَغِيضُ الْأَرْحَامُ وَمَا تَزْدَادُ وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ عِنْدَهُ بِمِقْدَارٍ } قَالَ ذَلِكَ الْحَيْضُ عَلَى الْحَبَلِ لَا تَحِيضُ يَوْمًا فِي الْحَبَلِ إِلَّا زَادَتْهُ طَاهِرًا فِي حَبَلِهَا

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ { وَمَا تَغِيضُ الْأَرْحَامُ } قَالَ هُوَ الْحَيْضُ عَلَى الْحَبَلِ { وَمَا تَزْدَادُ } قَالَ فَلَهَا بِكُلِّ يَوْمٍ حَاضَتْ فِي حَمْلِهَا يَوْمًا تَزْدَادُ فِي طُهْرِهَا حَتَّى تَسْتَكْمِلَ تِسْعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ طَاهِرًا
Abu Al-Numan told us, Thabit bin Yazid told us, Asim told us, on the authority of Ikrimah, {And the wombs do not darken.} He said, “It is menstruation on the fetus.” And no more. He said, “For every day that she menstruates during her pregnancy, her purity will increase until she completes nine pure months.”
Hadith 913Sunan Ad-Darimi
ىأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ { وَمَا تَغِيضُ الْأَرْحَامُ } قَالَ إِذَا حَاضَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ قَالَ يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ نُقْصَانًا مِنْ الْوَلَدِ فَإِذَا زَادَتْ عَلَى تِسْعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ كَانَ تَمَامًا لِمَا نَقَصَ مِنْ وَلَدِهَا
Abu Al-Numan told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Abu Bishr, on the authority of Mujahid, “And the wombs do not become dark.” He said, “When a woman menstruates.” While she was pregnant, he said, that would be a decrease in the child. If it exceeds nine months, it would be complete for what was missing in her child.
Hadith 915Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ إِذَا رَأَتْ الْحُبْلَى الدَّمَ فَلْتُمْسِكْ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّهُ حَيْضٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
Hajjaj told us: Hammad told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Sa’id, on the authority of Aisha, that she said, “If a pregnant woman sees blood, she should refrain from praying.” It is menstruation. Abdullah bin Maslamah told us. Malik told us that he reported something similar on the authority of Aisha.
Hadith 916Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ أَبَانَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي الْحَامِلِ تَرَى الدَّمَ إِنْ كَانَ الدَّمُ عَبِيطًا اغْتَسَلَتْ وَصَلَّتْ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ مِثْلَهُ
Ismail bin Aban told us, Ibn Idris told us, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, in a pregnant woman she sees blood, if the blood is foul, she washes and prays, even if She was a woman who performed ablution and prayed. Abu Al-Mughirah told us the same on the authority of Al-Awza’i.
Hadith 917Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ هُوَ ابْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَتْ تَرَاهُ كَمَا كَانَتْ تَرَاهُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ فِي أَقْرَائِهَا تَرَكَتْ الصَّلَاةَ وَإِنْ كَانَ إِنَّمَا هُوَ فِي الْيَوْمِ أَوْ الْيَوْمَيْنِ لَمْ تَدَعْ الصَّلَاةَ
Abdullah bin Muhammad told us: Abbad, he is Ibn al-Awwam, told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of al-Hasan, he said: If she sees him as she saw him before That is in its narrations: she left the prayer, even if it was only a day or two ago, she did not leave the prayer.
Hadith 919Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فِي الْحَامِلِ تَرَى الدَّمَ قَالَتْ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتُصَلِّي قَالَ يَزِيدُ لَا تَغْتَسِلُ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ أَقُولُ بِقَوْلِ يَزِيدَ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي النُّفَسَاءِ تُمْسِكُ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا فَإِنْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ فَذَاكَ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَرَ الطُّهْرَ أَمْسَكَتْ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ أَيَّامًا خَمْسًا سِتًّا فَإِنْ طَهُرَتْ فَذَاكَ وَإِلَّا أَمْسَكَتْ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ مَا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ الْخَمْسِينَ فَإِنْ طَهُرَتْ فَذَاكَ وَإِلَّا فَهِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ
Muhammad ibn Isa told us, Hushaym told us, Yunus told us, about the goodness in a postpartum woman abstaining from prayer for forty days, and if she feels pure, then that is it.
