Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عُبَادٍ، قَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you وسلم شَيْئًا لَمْ يَعْهَدْهُ إِلَى النَّاسِ عَامَّةً قَالَ لاَ God willing مِنْ قِرَابِ سَيْفِهِ فَإِذَا فِيهِ " الْمُؤْمِنُونَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ أَلاَ لاَ يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلاَ ذُو عَهْدٍ بِعَهْدِهِ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ حَدَثًا فَعَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهْ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] has told us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Qais bin 'Ubad], he said; "Al Ashtar and I went to see [Ali radliallahu 'anhu] then we said; "Did Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam bequeath something that was not willed to people in general?" He said; "No, apart from what is in my notes. Then he took out a note from his sword sheath, it turned out that the contents were that "The believers are equal in blood, and they have one hand over those other than them, the lowest among them walk with a guarantee of security from them, know that believers are not killed because of disbelievers, nor are they killed by those who have an agreement as long as they are in agreement, whoever does something that is prohibited, it will be a loss to himself or protects someone who does evil, the curse of Allah, angels and all humans will fall on him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4734.) 2nd hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رضى الله عنه God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God Allah's blessings وَلاَ ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Ali] has told us [Al Qawariri] has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul Wahid] has told us ['Amru bin 'Amir] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Hassan] from [Ali radliallahu 'anhu] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The believers are equal in blood, and they are one hand over those other than them, those who The lowest among them walk with a guarantee of security from them, know that not a believer is killed because of a disbeliever, nor is he killed by a person who has an agreement as long as the agreement is in place (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4735.) 3rd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، - هُوَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، قَالَ God bless you God willing مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ وَمَنْ أَخْصَاهُ أَخْصَيْنَاهُ " .. Has told us [Mahmud bin Ghailan, namely Al Marwazi] has told us [Abu Daud Ath Thayalisi] has told us [Hisyam] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him and whoever cuts off his edges, we will cut off his edges, and things whoever castrates him, we will castrate him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4736.) 4th Hadith. God bless you God bless you سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ "" قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .. Has told us [Nashr bin Ali] has told us [Khalid] has told us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: ""Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him and whoever cuts off his edges, we will cut off his edges (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4737.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .. Has told us [Qutaibah] has told us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah], he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him and whoever cuts off his ends, we will cut off his ends (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4738.) 6th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. Allah's blessings رَسُولِ اللَّهْ God bless you God bless you وَجَنِينَهَا فَقَضَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي جَنِينِهَا بِغُرَّةٍ وَأَنْ تُقْتَلَ بِهَا .. Has told us [Yusuf bin Sa'id] has told us [Hajjaj bin Muhammad] from [Ibn Juraij] has told me ['Amru bin Dinar] that he heard [Thawus] tell from [Ibn Abbas] from Umar radiallahu 'anhu that he asked for the decision of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam regarding this matter then stood up [Hamal bin Malik] then said; "I was between two rooms of two women, then one of them hit the other with a tent pole and killed her and her fetus, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam assigned her fetus to a slave and the woman (who killed) was killed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4739.) 7th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God willing عنه أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا، قَتَلَ جَارِيَةً عَلَى أَوْضَاحٍ لَهَا فَأَقَادَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَا .. It has been reported to us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has reported to us ['Abdah] from [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Anas radliallahu 'anhu] that a Jew killed a woman to get her jewelry, then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam retaliated against it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4740.) 8th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا، أَخَذَ أَوْضَاحًا مِنْ جَارِيَةٍ ثُمَّ رَضَخَ رَأْسَهَا بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنَ فَجَعَلُوا يَتَّبِعُونَ بِهَا النَّاسَ هُوا قَالَتْ نَعَمْ . فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَرُضِخَ رَأْسُهُ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ .. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] has told us [Abu Hisham] has told us [Aban bin Yazid] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik] that a Jew took jewelry from a woman and then crushed (pinned) her head between two stones. Then people found him still alive, then they mentioned several people to him, was this the person who killed him? Is this the person who killed? Then the woman said; "Yes." Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered him to be arrested and his head crushed between two stones (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4741.) 9th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you مَالِكٍ، قَالَ خَرَجَتْ جَارِيَةٌ عَلَيْهَا أَوْضَاحٌ فَأَخَذَهَا يَهُودِيٌّ فَرَضَخَ رَأْسَهَا وَأَخَذَ مَا God willing فَأُتِيَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ "" مَنْ قَتَلَكِ فُلاَنٌ " . قَالَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا لاَ . قَالَ " فُلاَنٌ " . قَالَ حَتَّى سَمَّى الْيَهُودِيَّ قَالَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا نَعَمْ فَأُخِذَ فَاعْتَرَفَ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing حَجَرَيْنِ .. Has reported to us [Ali bin Hujr] has reported to us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik], he said; "A woman came out wearing jewelry, then the jewelry was taken by a Jew, then he crushed the woman's head and took the jewelry that was on her. Then the woman was found still alive, then she was confronted by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and he said: "Who killed you? So and so?" then he answered with his head; "No." He said: "So and so?" until he mentioned the Jew. He answered with his head; "Yes." Then the Jew was arrested and confessed, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered his head to be squashed, so his head was squashed between two stones (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4742.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless him Facebook يَقْتُلُ مُسْلِمًا مُتَعَمِّدًا وَرَجُلٌ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ God willing فَيُقْتَلُ أَوْ يُصَلَّبُ أَوْ يُنْفَى مِنَ الأَرْضِ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Hafsh bin Abdullah] has told me [my father] has told me [Ibrahim] from [Abdul Aziz bin Rufai'] from ['Ubaid bin 'Umair] from ['Aisyah, Ummul mukminin] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam that he said: "It is not halal to kill a person muslim except with three qualities; an adulterer who has married, then he is stoned, someone who kills people muslim intentionally and someone who leaves Islam and fights Allah 'azza wajalla and His Messenger, then he is killed, or crucified, or exiled from the country (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4743.) 11th Hadith. God bless him God willing God bless you عِنْدَكُمْ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم شَىْءٌ سِوَى الْقُرْآنِ فَقَالَ لاَ وَالَّذِي فَلَقَ God willing God bless you الصَّحِيفَةِ . قُلْتُ وَمَا فِي الصَّحِيفَةِ قَالَ فِيهَا " الْعَقْلُ وَفِكَاكُ الأَسِيرِ وَأَنْ لاَ يُقْتَلَ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Mansur] has told us [Sufyan] from [Mutharrif bin Tharif] from [Ash Sya'bi], he said; "I heard [Abu Juhaifah] say; 'We asked [Ali]. We said; 'Do you have anything from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam other than the Qur'an?' I say; 'What's on the sheet? ' He said; 'Its contents are diyat, the release of prisoners, and a muslim is not killed because he is an infidel (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4744.) 12th Hadith. Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ، قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ مَا عَهِدَ God willing God willing يَزَالُوا بِهِ حَتَّى أَخْرَجَ الصَّحِيفَةَ فَإِذَا فِيهَا " الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ يَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ God willing مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلاَ ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Bashyar] has told us [Al Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Hassan], [Ali] said; "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not bequeath anything to me, nor to anyone except on the sheet in my sword sheath." They continued to ask questions until he took out a sheet which apparently contained the following: "Believers are equal in blood, and they have one hand over those other than them, the lowest among them walk with a guarantee of security from them, know that not a believer is killed because of a disbeliever, nor is he killed by a person who has an agreement as long as it is in the agreement (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4745.) 13th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace God bless you. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فِيهَا " الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ يَسْعَى Allah's blessings وَلاَ ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ " . مُخْتَصَرٌ .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Hafsh] has told me [my father] has told me [Ibrahim bin Thahman] from [Al Hajjaj bin Al Hajjaj] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Hasan Al A'raj] from [Al Ashtar] that he said to Ali; "Indeed, what people have heard has spread, so if Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has bequeathed something to you, then tell us." ['Ali] said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not bequeath anything to me that was not bequeathed to humans, it's just that in the scabbard of my sword there is a sheet which turns out the contents are: "The believers are equal in blood, and they have one hand over those other than them, the lowest of them walk with a guarantee of security from them, know that not a believer is killed because of a disbeliever, nor is a person killed by someone who has an agreement as long as the agreement is made. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4746.) 14th Hadith. God bless you, God bless you God willing God willing مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهِدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ " .. Has told us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] has told us [Khalid] of ['Uyainah] has told me [my father] has said [Abu Bakarah]; "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever kills a mu'ahid infidel (under an agreement) without his due date, Allah will forbid him Paradise (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4747.) 15th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدَةً بِغَيْرِ حِلِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ أَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا " .. Has told us [Al Husain bin Huraits] has told us [Isma'il] from [Yunus] from [Al Hakam bin Al A'raj] from [Al Asy'ath bin Tsurmulah] from [Abu Bakarah], he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever kills a mu'ahid infidel not at the halal time, Allah has forbidden him to smell the smell of Heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4748.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing هِلاَلِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ، عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ عَامًا " .. Has told us [Mahmud bin Ghailan] has told us [An Nadhr] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Mansur] from [Hilal bin Yasaf] from [Al Qasim bin Mukhaimirah] from [a friend of] the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever kills someone from the experts of dzimmah, he will not get the smell of Heaven even though the smell can be smelled from a distance of seventy years (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4749.) 17th Hadith. God willing - prayer God willing God bless you مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَمْ يَجِدْ رِيحَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا " .. Has told us [Abdur Rahman bin Ibrahim Dukhaim] has told us [Marwan] has told us [Al Hasan i.e. Ibn 'Amru] from [Mujahid] from [Junadah bin Abu Umayyah] from [Abdullah bin 'Amru], he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever kills someone from the dzimmah experts, he will not get the smell of Heaven even though the smell can be smelled from a distance of forty years (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4750.) 18th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing يَجْعَلْ لَهُمْ شَيْئًا .. Has told us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has told us [Mu'adz bin Hisham] has told me [my father] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Nadhrah] from [Imran bin Hushain] that a poor child cut off the ear of a rich child, then they came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and he did not prescribe anything for them (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4751.) 19th hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing قَضَى بِالْقِصَاصْ الله عليه وسلم " كِتَابُ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصُ " .. Has told us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has told us [Abu Khalid Sulaiman bin Hayyan] has told us [Humaid] from [Anas] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prescribed qishas for dental problems. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Allah's decrees are qishas (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4752.) 20th hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him and whoever cuts off the ends (of the body parts) of his slave, we will surely cut off the ends of his (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4753.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing God willing جَدَعْنَاهُ " . وَاللَّفْظُ لاِبْنِ بَشَّارٍ .. Has informed us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] and [Muhammad bin Basysyar], they said; has told us [Mu'adz bin Hisham] has told me [my father] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever castrates his slave, we will castrate him and whoever cuts off his ends, we will cut off his ends." The wording of the hadith is Ibn Basysyar's wording (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4754.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing Allah's blessings God bless you God willing God bless you God willing لاَ وَاللَّهِ لاَ يُقْتَصُّ مِنْهَا أَبَدًا . فَقَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings أُمَّ الرُّبَيِّعِ الْقِصَاصُ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ "" لاَ وَاللَّهِ لاَ يُقْتَصُّ مِنْهَا أَبَدًا . فَمَا زَالَتْ حَتَّى قَبِلُوا الدِّيَةَ ." اللَّهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Sulaiman] has told us ['Affan] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] has told us [Tsabit] from [Anas] that Ar Rubayyi' sister Umm Harithah had injured someone then they reported it to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Qishashlah- qishashlah!". Then Umm Ar Rabi' said; "O Rasulullah, will Fulanah be qishashed? No, by Allah, she will not be qishashed forever. Then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Subahanallah, O ummu Ar Rabi', qishash is Allah's provision." He said; "No, by Allah, she will not be qishashed forever. And he kept saying this until they received the diyat. He said: "Indeed, among the servants of Allah there is a person who, if he swears an oath in the name of Allah, Allah will fulfill it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4755.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you مَسْعُودٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God bless you فُلاَنَةَ لاَ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لاَ تُكْسَرُ God bless you. God bless you God willing - may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عليه وسلم " إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ " .. Has told us [Humaid bin Mas'adah] and [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] has told us [Bisyr] from [Humaid], he said; " [Anas] mentioned that his aunt had broken a woman's incisors, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam decided with qishash. Then his brother, Anas bin An Nadhr, said; "Will Fulanah's incisors be broken? No, by the One who sent you with the truth, Fulanah's incisors will not be broken." Before that they had apologized and fined the woman's family. After his brother, who was Anas' uncle and had taken part in the Uhud war, swore an oath, these people were willing to forgive. then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, among the servants of Allah there is a person who, if he swears an oath in the name of Allah, Allah will fulfill it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4756.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing كَسَرَتِ الرُّبَيِّعُ ثَنِيَّةَ جَارِيَةٍ فَطَلَبُوا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَأَبَوْا فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ بِالْقِصَاصِ » God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لاَ تُكْسَرُ . قَالَ " يَا أَنَسُ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصُ " . فَرَضِيَ الْقَوْمُ وَعَفَوْا فَقَالَ " إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna], has told us [Khalid] has told us [Humaid] from [Anas], he said; "Ar Rubayyi' had broken a woman's incisor tooth, then they asked the woman's guardian to forgive but they refused. Then they were offered a fine, but they refused, then they went to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he ordered them to be qishashed. Anas bin An Nadhr said; "O Messenger of Allah, will Ar Rubayyi's incisors be broken? No, by the One who sent you with the truth. His incisors will not be broken." He said, "O Anas, Allah's decree is qishash." Then the people were willing and forgave him." Then he said; "Indeed, among the servants of Allah there are those who, if they swear an oath in the name of Allah, Allah will certainly fulfill it (Degree: authentic. Having informed us [Ahmad bin Uthman Abu Al Jauza`], he said; It has been reported to us [Quraish bin Anas] from [Ibn 'Aun] from [Ibn Sirin] from [Imran bin Hushain] that a man bit the hand of another man. Then he pulled his hand until his incisor or several incisors fell out and then asked for help from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "What are you asking from me, are you asking me to let go of his hand that is in your mouth? You bite him like a male bites, if you want then give your hand to him until he bites it then withdraw it if you want (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4758.) 26th Hadith. Then this matter was reported to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then he denied it, saying: "You want to bite your brother's flesh as a male bites (Degree: authentic. God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ قَاتَلَ يَعْلَى رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَانْتَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فِيهْ فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ لاَ دِيَةَ لَهُ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Qatadah] from [Zurarah] from [Imran bin Hushain], he said; "Ya'la fought with someone, then one of them bit his friend and then he pulled his hand from the mouth of the person who bit him so that the person's incisors fell out. Then they reported this incident to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then he said: "One of you bit his brother like a male who is biting. Hadits ke-30. أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى ابْنِ مُنْيَةَ، أَنَّهُ قَاتَلَ رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَانْتَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فِيهِ فَقَلَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْبَكْرُ " . فَأَبْطَلَهَا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Malik bin Al Khalil] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Abu 'Adi] dari [Syu'bah] dari [Al Hakam] dari [Mujahid] dari [Ya'la bin Munyah] bahwa dia berkelahi dengan seseorang, Kemudian salah seorang dari mereka menggigit sahabatnya kemudian orang yang digigit menarik tangannya dari mulutnya hingga gigi seri orang yang menggigitnya lepas. Kemudian hal tersebut dilaporkan kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Kemudian beliau bersabda: "Salah seorang diantara kalian menggigit saudaranya seperti pejantan yang sedang menggigit." Lalu beliau membatalkan diyat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4763.) Hadits ke-31. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَدِّي، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى ابْنِ مُنْيَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ قَاتَلَ رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ يَدَهُ فَانْتَزَعَهَا فَأَلْقَى ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْبَكْرُ " . فَأَطَلَّهَا أَىْ أَبْطَلَهَا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin 'Ubaid bin 'Aqil] telah menceritakan kepada kami [kakekku] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Al Hakam] dari [Mujahid] dari [Ya'la bin Munyah] bahwa seseorang dari Bani Tamim berkelahi dengan seseorang, kemudian dia menggigit tangan orang tersebut. Orang tersebut menariknya hingga melepaskan gigi serinya. Kemudian mereka melaporkan hal tersebut kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Kemudian beliau bersabda: "Salah seorang diantara kalian menggigit saudaranya seperti pejantan yang sedang menggigit. Kemudian beliau membatalkan diyat (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-32. أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَمَّيْهِ، سَلَمَةَ وَيَعْلَى ابْنَىْ أُمَيَّةَ قَالاَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ وَمَعَنَا صَاحِبٌ لَنَا فَقَاتَلَ رَجُلاً مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَعَضَّ الرَّجُلُ ذِرَاعَهُ فَجَذَبَهَا مِنْ فِيهِ فَطَرَحَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَأَتَى الرَّجُلُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَلْتَمِسُ الْعَقْلَ فَقَالَ " يَنْطَلِقُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى أَخِيهِ فَيَعَضُّهُ كَعَضِيضِ الْفَحْلِ ثُمَّ يَأْتِي يَطْلُبُ الْعَقْلَ لاَ عَقْلَ لَهَا " . فَأَبْطَلَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Imran bin Bakkar] telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Khalid] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad] dari ['Atho` bin Abu Rabah] dari [Shafwan bin Abdullah] dari dua orang pamannya, yaitu [Salamah bin Umayyah] dan [Ya'la bin Umayyah]. mereka berkata; "Kami keluar bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dalam perang Tabuk dan bersama kami ada seorang sahabat kami. Kemudian dia berkelahi dengan seorang muslim lalu orang tersebut menggigit hastanya kemudian dia menarik tangannya dari mulutnya hingga melepaskan gigi serinya. Lalu orang tersebut datang menghadap kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengharapkan diyat. Kemudian beliau bersabda: "Salah seorang dari kalian mendekati saudaranya kemudian menggigitnya seperti gigitan pejantan, kemudian datang meminta diyat. Tidak ada diyat." Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membatalkan diyat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4765.) Hadits ke-33. أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، عَضَّ يَدَ رَجُلٍ فَانْتُزِعَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَهْدَرَهَا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abdul Jabbar bin Al 'Ala` bin Abdul Jabbar] dari [Sufyan] dari ['Amru] dari ['Atho`] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la] dari [ayahnya] bahwa seorang laki-laki menggigit tangan orang lain kemudian gigi serinya tercabut, kemudian dia datang kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan beliau membatalkannya dan tidak memberinya diyat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4766.) Hadits ke-34. أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ، مَرَّةً أُخْرَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ يَعْلَى، وَابْنِ، جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ يَعْلَى، أَنَّهُ اسْتَأْجَرَ أَجِيرًا فَقَاتَلَ رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ يَدَهُ فَانْتُزِعَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَيَدَعُهَا يَقْضِمُهَا كَقَضْمِ الْفَحْلِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abdul Jabbar] sekali lagi dari [Sufyan] dari ['Amru] dari ['Atho`] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la] dari [Ya'la] dan [Ibnu Juraij] dari ['Atho`] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la] dari [Ya'laa] bahwa dia mempekerjakan orang upahan kemudian orang tadi berkelahi dengan orang lain dan menggigit tangannya hingga gigi serinya tercabut, kemudian dia melaporkannya kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Lalu beliau bersabda: "Apakah dia membiarkan tangannya tergigit seperti gigitan pejantan? (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4767.) Hadits ke-35. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ فَاسْتَأْجَرْتُ أَجِيرًا فَقَاتَلَ أَجِيرِي رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ الآخَرُ فَسَقَطَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ لَهُ فَأَهْدَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] telah memberitakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Ibnu Juraij] dari ['Atho`] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la] dari [ayahya], dia berkata; "Saya berperang bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dalam perang Tabuk kemudian saya menyewa orang upahan kemudian orang upahanku tersebut berkelahi dengan seorang laki-laki, kemudian orang lain tersebut menggigit hingga gigi serinya lepas, kemudian dia mendatangi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan menceritakan hal tersebut kepada beliau. Kemudian Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membatalkannya dan tidak memberinya diyat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4768.) Hadits ke-36. أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، قَالَ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَيْشَ الْعُسْرَةِ - وَكَانَ أَوْثَقَ عَمَلٍ لِي فِي نَفْسِي - وَكَانَ لِي أَجِيرٌ فَقَاتَلَ إِنْسَانًا فَعَضَّ أَحَدُهُمَا أُصْبَعَ صَاحِبِهِ فَانْتَزَعَ إِصْبَعَهُ فَأَنْدَرَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَسَقَطَتْ فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَهْدَرَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ وَقَالَ " أَفَيَدَعُ يَدَهُ فِي فِيكَ تَقْضَمُهَا " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu 'Ulayyah] telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] telah mengabarkan kepadaku ['Atho`] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la] dari [Ya'la bin Umayyah], dia berkata; "Saya perang bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pada saat terdapat pasukan 'usrah. Itu adalah amalanku yang paling kuat (menghujam) dalam diriku, saya memiliki orang upahan, kemudian dia berkelahi dengan seseorang kemudian salah seorang dari mereka menggigit jari sahabatnya, kemudian dia menarik jarinya hingga melepaskan gigi serinya dan terjatuh. Kemudian dia pergi kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Lalu beliau membatalkannya dan tidak memberikan diyatnya, beliau bersabda: "Apakah dia akan membiarkan tangannya kau gigit dalam mulutmu?" Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Suwaid bin Nashr] dalam hadits [Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] dari [Syu'bah] dari [Qatadah] dari ['Atho`] dari [Ibnu Ya'la] dari [ayahnya] seperti (hadits tentang) orang yang menggigit kemudian gigi serinya tercabut, bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidak ada diyat bagimu (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4769.) Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى ابْنِ مُنْيَةَ، أَنَّ أَجِيرًا، لِيَعْلَى ابْنِ مُنْيَةَ عَضَّ آخَرُ ذِرَاعَهُ فَانْتَزَعَهَا مِنْ فِيهِ فَرَفَعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَدْ سَقَطَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ فَأَبْطَلَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَالَ " أَيَدَعُهَا فِي فِيكَ تَقْضَمُهَا كَقَضْمِ الْفَحْلِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] telah memberitakan kepada kami [Mu'adz bin Hisyam] telah menceritakan kepadaku [ayahku] dari [Qatadah] dari [Budail bin Maisarah] dari ['Atho`] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la bin Munyah] bahwa seorang pekerja upahan milik Ya'la bin Munyah telah digigit hastanya oleh seseorang, kemudian dia menariknya dari mulut. Kemudian orang tersebut melaporkan perkara tersebut kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Sedang gigi serinya telah tanggal. Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membatalkannya dan tidak memberi diyat. Beliau bersabda: 'Apakah ia akan membiarkan tangannya engkau gigit dalam mulutmu seperti pejantan yang sedang menggigit? (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4771.) Hadits ke-38. أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، غَزَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ فَاسْتَأْجَرَ أَجِيرًا فَقَاتَلَ رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ الرَّجُلُ ذِرَاعَهُ فَلَمَّا أَوْجَعَهُ نَتَرَهَا فَأَنْدَرَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " يَعْمِدُ أَحَدُكُمْ فَيَعَضُّ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ " . فَأَبْطَلَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Ishaq] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Al Jawwab] telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Ammar] dari [Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman bin Abu Laila] dari [Al Hakam] dari [Muhammad bin Muslim] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la] bahwa ayahnya melakukan perang bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dalam perang Tabuk, dia menyewa orang upahan, kemudian orang upahan tersebut berkelahi dengan laki-laki lain. Lalu laki-laki tersebut menggigit hastanya, kemudian tatkala dia merasa sakit dia menariknya hingga mencabut gigi seri laki-laki tersebut. Kemudian hal tersebut dilaporkan kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, lalu beliau bersabda: "Salah seorang diantara kalian pergi dan menggigit saudaranya seperti pejantan sedang menggigit."
