Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدْ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله وسلم التَّمْرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ وَعَنِ التَّمْرِ وَالْبُسْرِ.. It has been reported to us that [Muhammad bin Adam] and [Ali bin Sa'id] both said; has told us [Abdurrahim] from [Habib bin Abu 'Amrah] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mixing ripe dates with wine, and ripe dates with young dates (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5559.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing التَّمْرِ وَالزَِ أَنْ يُنْبَذَا جَمِيعًا.. Has reported to us [Quraiys bin Abdurrahman Al Bawardi] from [Ali bin Al Hasan] he said; has reported to us [Al Husain bin Waqid] he said; has told me ['Amru bin Dinar] he said; I heard [Jabir bin Abdullah] say; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mixing ripe dates with wine, and mixing ripe dates with young dates as prophetic at the same time (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5560.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you جَمِيعًا ".. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Hisyam] from [Yahya bin Abu Kathir] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Do not make nabidz between Az Zahwu (raw, almost ripe dates) and ruthab (fresh dates), and between ruthab and wine together (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5561.) 4th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing جَمِيعًا.. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has told us [Al Laits] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir] from Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he forbade making nabidz from grapes with young dates simultaneously, and young dates with ruthab (fresh dates) simultaneously (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5562.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing فُلْفُلٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَبْغِي أَحَدُهُمَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ . قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُهُ God willing God willing شَيْئَيْنِ فَكُنَّا نَقْطَعُهُ .. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Wiqa` bin Iyas] from [Al Mukhtar bin Fulful] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade mixing two types of juice to make wine, each of which strengthens each other's intoxicating power." Anas said; "I also asked about fadlikh (wine made from the juice of young dates), he also forbade me." Anas said; "He didn't like young date juice, he was worried that it might be a mixture of two juices so we stopped it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5563.) 6th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you فَجَعَلَ يَقْطَعُهُ مِنْهُ .. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Hisyam bin Hassan] from [Abu Idris] he said; "I saw [Anas bin Malik] given the juice of a young date, then he avoided it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5564.) 7th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind يَأْمُرُ بِالتَّذْنُوبِ فَيُقْرَضُ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Sa'id bin Abu Arubah] saying; [Qatadah] said; " [Anas] once ordered to make a drink of fresh juice, then he avoided it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5564.2.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing شَيْئًا قَدْ أَرْطَبَ إِلاَّ عَزَلَهُ عَنْ فَضِيخِهِ .. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has informed us [Abdullah] from [Humaid] from [Anas], that he does not leave ripe (dates) unless he also leaves the juice (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5565.) 9th Hadith. God bless you, God bless you خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God willing " لاَ تَنْبِذُوا الزَّهْوَ وَالرُّطَبَ جَمِيعًا وَلاَ God willing مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَتِهِ " .. Having informed us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] he said; has told us [Khalid, namely Ibnul Harith] he said; has narrated to us [Hisyam] from [Yahya] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [Abu Qatadah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not make nabidz from Az Zahwu (raw, almost ripe dates) and ruthab (fresh dates) together, and young dates with grapes together. But make each of them separately (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5566.) 10th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَخَلِيطِ الْبُسْرِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَقَالَ " لِتَنْبِذُوا God willing يُلاَثُ عَلَى أَفْوَاهِهَا " .. Having informed us [Yahya bin Durusta] he said; has told us [Abu Ishaq] he said; has told us [Yahya] that [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] told him from [his father] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mixing Az Zahwu (raw, almost ripe dates) with ripe dates, and young dates with ripe dates." He said: "You should make nabidz from both of them individually (separately) in a leather container with a hole tied (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5567.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you زَبِيبٌ بِبُسْرٍ وَقَالَ " مَنْ شَرِبَهُ مِنْكُمْ فَلْيَشْرَبْ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُ فَرْدًا تَمْرًا فَرْدًا أَوْ بُسْرًا فَرْدًا أَوْ زَبِيبًا فَرْدًا " .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Isma'il bin Muslim Al 'Abdi] he said; has told us [Abu Al Mutawakkil] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mixing young dates with ripe dates, or grapes with dates, or grapes with young dates." He said: "Whoever of you wants to drink it, let him drink each of them individually (separately), the juice of ripe dates, the juice of young dates, or the juice of grapes alone (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5568.) 12th Hadith. God willing God bless you قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُتَوَكِّلِ النَّاجِيُّ، قَالَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. زَبِيبًا بِتَمْرٍ أَوْ زَبِيبًا بِبُسْرٍ وَقَالَ " مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْكُمْ فَلْيَشْرَبْ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُ فَرْدًا " .” اسْمُهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ دَاوُدَ .. Having informed me [Ahmad bin Khalid] he said; has told us [Syu'aib bin Harb] he said; has told us [Isma'il bin Muslim] he said; has told us [Abu Al Mutawakkil An Naji] he said; has told me [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mixing young dates with ripe dates, or wine with ripe dates, or wine with young dates." He said: "Whoever one of you wants to drink, let him drink each of them separately (separately)."' Abdurrahman said; "Abu Al Mutawakkil's name is Ali bin Dawud (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5569.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing كَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ نَهَى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالزَّبِيبُ وَالْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ وَقَالَ " كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ " .. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Ikrimah bin Ammar] he said; has told us [Abu Kathir] he said; I heard [Abu Hurairah] say; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mixing young dates with wine and young dates with ripe dates." He said: "Make nabidz (wine) for each of the two individually (separately) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5570.) 14th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَافَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عِمْرَانَ - عَنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يُنْبَذَ التَّمْرُ وَالزَّبِيبُ وَالتَّمْرُ وَالْبُسْرُ وَقَالَ " انْتَبِذُوا الزَّبِيبَ فَرْدًا وَالتَّمْرَ فَرْدًا وَالْبُسْرَ فَرْدًا " . قَالَ أَبُو God bless you الرَّحْمَنِ .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Ammar] he said; has told us [Al Mu'afa] - namely Ibn Imran - from [Isma'il bin Muslim] from [Abu Al Mutawakkil] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mixing ripe dates with wine and ripe dates with young dates." He said: "Squeeze the grapes yourself, ripe the dates yourself and the young dates yourself." Abdurrahman said; "Abu Kathir's name is Yazid bin Abdurrahman (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5571.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. ح وَأَنا God willing God bless you صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْخَمْرُ مِنْ هَاتَيْنِ " . وَقَالَ سُوَيْدٌ فِي هَاتَيْنِ الشَّجَرَتَيْنِ النَّخْلَةُ وَالْعِنَبَةُ .. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Al Auza'i] he said; has told me [Abu Kathir]. (in another way it is stated) It has been reported to us by [Humaid bin Mas'adah] from [Sufyan bin Habib] from [Al Auza'i] saying; has told us [Abu Kathir] he said; I heard [Abu Hurairah] say; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Khamer is from these two," Suwaid said, "in these two trees; dates and grapes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5572.) 16th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَثِيرٍ، may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing " God النَّخْلَةُ وَالْعِنَبَةُ " .. Having informed us [Ziyad bin Ayyub] he said; has told us [Ibn Ulayyah] he said; has told us [Al Hajjaj Ash Shawwaf] from [Yahya bin Abu Kathir] he said; has told me [Abu Kathir] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Khamer comes from these two trees; dates and grapes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5573.) 17th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَالشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالاَ السَّكَرُ خَمْرٌ .. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Sharik] from [Mughirah] from [Ibrahim] and [Ash Sha'bi] both said; "The intoxicating drink is khamer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5574.) 18th Hadith. God willing God willing جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ السَّكَرُ خَمْرٌ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Sufyan] from [Habib bin Abu Amrah] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] he said; "The intoxicating drink is khamer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5575.) 19th hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ - عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ السَّكَرُ خَمْرٌ .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has reported to us [Jarir] from [Habib namely bin Amrah] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] he said; "The intoxicating drink is khamer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5576.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing قَالَ السَّكَرُ حَرَامٌ وَالرِّزْقُ الْحَسَنُ حَلاَلٌ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Sufyan] from [Abu Hushain] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] he said; "Intoxicating drinks are haram and halal sustenance is halal (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5577.) 21st Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْعَسَلِ وَالْحِنْطَِ وَالْخَمْرُ مَا خَامَرَ الْعَقْلَ .. Has informed us [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim] he said; has told us [Ibn Ulayyah] he said; has told us [Abu Hayyan] he said; has told us [Ash Sya'bi] from [Ibn Umar] he said; "I heard [Umar may Allah be pleased with him] preaching from the pulpit of the Medina mosque, he said, "O people! Know that in fact khamr was forbidden on the day it was forbidden. And it is made of five kinds (of fruit); grapes, ripe dates, honey, barley and wheat. Khamer is something that covers the mind (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5578.) 22nd Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you وَالْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْعَسَلِ .. Having reported to us [Muhammad Ibnul 'Ala] he said; has reported to us [Ibn Idris] from [Zakariya] and [Abu Hayyan] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Ibn Umar] he said; "I heard [Umar Ibnul Khaththab radliallahu 'anhu] say on the pulpit of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam: "Amma ba'du; Indeed, wine is forbidden, and it comes from five types of wine; grapes, millet, wheat, dates and honey (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5579.) 23rd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing التَّمْرْ .. Having informed us [Ahmad bin Sulaiman] he said; has told us [Ubaidullah] from [Isra'il] from [Abu Hashin] from [Amir] from [Ibn Umar] he said; "Khamer is made from five types of juice; ripe dates, millet, wheat, honey and grapes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5580.) Hadits ke-24. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَهْلَنَا يَنْبِذُونَ لَنَا شَرَابًا عَشِيًّا فَإِذَا أَصْبَحْنَا شَرِبْنَا . قَالَ أَنْهَاكَ عَنِ الْمُسْكِرِ قَلِيلِهِ وَكَثِيرِهِ وَأُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَيْكَ أَنْهَاكَ عَنِ الْمُسْكِرِ قَلِيلِهِ وَكَثِيرِهِ وَأُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَيْكَ إِنَّ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ يَنْتَبِذُونَ شَرَابًا مِنْ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَيُسَمُّونَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَهِيَ الْخَمْرُ وَإِنَّ أَهْلَ فَدَكٍ يَنْتَبِذُونَ شَرَابًا مِنْ كَذَا وَكَذَا يُسَمُّونَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَهِيَ الْخَمْرُ حَتَّى عَدَّ أَشْرِبَةً أَرْبَعَةً أَحَدُهَا الْعَسَلُ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Suwaid bin Nashr] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah] dari [Ibnu Aun] dari [Ibnu Sirin] ia berkata; "Seorang laki-laki datang menemui [Ibnu Umar] dan berkata; "Keluarga kami membuat perasan sebagai minuman, lalu pada pagi harinya kami meminumnya?" Ibnu Umar berkata; "Engkau telah dilarang untuk minum sesuatu yang memabukkan, baik sedikit ataupun banyak. Aku bersaksi kepada Allah atas kamu, sesungguhnya engkau telah dilarang untuk minum sesuatu yang memabukkan; baik sedikit ataupun banyak. Dan aku juga bersaksi kepada Allah atas kamu, bahwa penduduk Khaibar pernah membuat perasan dari seperti ini dan seperti ini, lalu mereka menamakannya dengan seperti ini dan seperti ini, dan itu adalah khamer. Dan sesungguhnya penduduk Fadak pernah membuat perasan dari seperti ini dan seperti ini, lalu mereka menamakannya dengan seperti ini dan seperti ini, dan itu adalah khamer." Sehingga Ibnu Umar menyebutkan empat jenis minuman yang salah satunya adalah madu (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5581.) 25th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ وسلم قَالَ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ " .. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said; has informed us [Abdullah] from [Hammad bin Zaid] he said; has told us [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Every intoxicant is haram, and every intoxicant is wine (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5582.) 26th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ " . قَالَ الْحُسَيْنُ قَالَ أَحْمَدُ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ .. Having informed us [Al Husain bin Masnhur bin Ja'far] he said; has told us [Ahmad bin Hanbal] he said; has told us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] he said; has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said; "Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every intoxicant is haram, and every intoxicant is khamr." Abdurrahman said; "Ahmad stated that this hadith is authentic (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5583.) 27th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind " .. Having informed us [Yahya bin Durusta] he said; has told us [Hammad] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every intoxicant is wine (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5584.) 28th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Has informed us [Ali bin Maimun] he said; has told us [Ibn Abu Rawwad] he said; has told us [Ibn Juraij] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every intoxicant is khamr and every intoxicant is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5585.) 29th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing حَرَامٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ " .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has informed us [Abdullah] from [Muhammad bin 'Ajlan] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Every intoxicant is haram, and every intoxicant is wine (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5586.) 30th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Having informed us [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] he said; has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Muhammad bin Amru] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every intoxicant is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5588.) Hadits ke-31. أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ " وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ali bin Hujr] dari [Isma'il] dari [Muhammad] dari [Abu Salamah] dari [Abu Hurairah] berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang membuat arak dalam Ad Duba, Al Muzaffat, An Naqir dan Al Hantam. Dan setiap yang memabukkan adalah haram (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5589.) Hadits ke-32. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ " . قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] dan [Qutaibah] dari [Sufyan] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Abu Salamah] dari ['Aisyah] ia berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Setiap minuman yang memabukkan adalah haram." Has informed us [Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Suwaid bin Manjuf] and [Abdullah bin Al Haitsam] from [Abu Dawud] from [Syu'bah] from [Sa'id bin Abu Burdah] from [His brother] from [Abu Musa] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every intoxicant is haram (Degree: sahih. Having informed us [Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Ali] he said; has told us ['Abdurrahman] from [Isra'il] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Abu Burdah] from [his father] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sent me and Mu'adz to Yemen, then Mu'adz said, "You sent us to a region where the people make a lot of drink (khamer), so what drink can I drink?" he answered: "Drink, and do not drink anything intoxicating (Degree: authentic. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] he said; has reported to us [Al Aswad bin Syaiban As Sadusi] he said; I heard ['Atha] asked by a man, he said, "We were driving on a journey, then we were offered some drinks at a market which we didn't know what the container was?" 'Atha answered, "Every intoxicant is haram." The man then left and came back again, 'Atha said again, "Every intoxicant is haram." The man then left and came back again, 'Atha then said, "That's what I told you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5598.) 38th Hadith. God willing هَارُونَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، قَالَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ .. Hadits ke-40. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الأَجْلَحِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ بِهَا أَشْرِبَةً فَمَا أَشْرَبُ وَمَا أَدَعُ قَالَ " وَمَا هِيَ " . قُلْتُ الْبِتْعُ وَالْمِزْرُ . قَالَ " وَمَا الْبِتْعُ وَالْمِزْرُ " . قُلْتُ أَمَّا الْبِتْعُ فَنَبِيذُ الْعَسَلِ وَأَمَّا الْمِزْرُ فَنَبِيذُ الذُّرَةِ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَشْرَبْ مُسْكِرًا فَإِنِّي حَرَّمْتُ كُلَّ مُسْكِرٍ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Suwaid] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Abdullah] dari [Al Ajlah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Bakr bin Abu Musa] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengutusku ke Yaman, lalu aku bertanya kepada beliau, "Di sana banyak minuman (khamer), maka mana yang boleh aku minum dan mana yang tidak?" beliau beliau balik bertanya: "Minuman apa saja itu?" Aku menjawab, "Al Bit'u dan Al Mizr." Beliau bertanya lagi: "Apa itu Al Bit'u dan Al Mizr?" aku menjawab: "Al Bit'u adalah minuman yang terbuat dari perasan madu, sedangkan Al Mizr adalah minuman yang terbuat dari perasan jagung." Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Janganlah kamu minum sesuatu yang memabukkan, karena aku telah mengharamkan setiap minuman yang memabukkan (Derajat: shahih.
