Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you Allah's blessings God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَالَ ‏ "‏ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَىْءٍ بَعْدُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Al A'masy] from [Ubaid Ibnul Hasan] from [Ibn Abu Aufa] he said, "When he lifted his head from bowing, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: SAMI'A ALLAHU LIMAN HAMIDAHU RABBANAA WA LAKAL HAMDU MIL`AS SAMAAWAATI WA MIL`AL ARDLI WA MIL`A MAA SYI`TA MIN SYAI`IN BA'DU (May Allah hear the praise of the servant who praises Him. O our Lord, to You is all praise. Praise is as full as the heavens and as full as the earth, as full as You will after that) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 878.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you God willing فِي الْخَيْلِ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ آخَرُ جَدُّ فُلاَنٍ فِي الإِبِلِ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ آخَرُ جَدُّ فُلاَنٍ فِي الْغَنَمِ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ آخَرُ God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace شِئْتَ مِنْ شَىْءٍ بَعْدُ اللَّهُمَّ لاَ مَانِعَ لِمَا God bless you الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ ‏"‏ ‏." may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لَيْسَ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ismail bin Musa As Suddi] said, has told us [Sharik] from [Abu Umar] he said; "I heard [Abu Juhahifah] say; "When the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was praying, the companions were discussing wealth. Then someone said, "So and so's wealth lies in his horse. " Another replied, "So and so's wealth lies in his camels. Yang answered, "So and so's wealth lies in his goats. " Another replied, "So and so's wealth lies in slaves. " When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam finished his prayer, and raised his head from the final rak'ah, he said: "ALLAHUMMA RABBANAA, WA LAKAL HAMDU MIL'AS SAMAAWAATI WA MIL'AL ARDLI WA MIL'A MAA SYI'TA MIN SAYIN BA'DU. ALLAHUMMA LAA MAANI'A LIMAA A'THAITA WALAA MU'THIYA LIMAA MANA'TA WALAA YANFA'U DZAL JADDI MINKAL JADDU (O Allah, You are our Rabb, and to You all praise is all the heavens and all the earth and all that You will besides. O Allah, no one can prevent what You have given, and no one can give for what You have prevented. It is useless to try sincere, from You is all serious effort). " He lengthened his voice seriously, so that they would know that he was not who they were talking about (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 879.) 3rd Hadith. God willing God willing God willing مَيْمُونَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَانَ God willing أَنْ تَمُرَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ لَمَرَّتْ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, it has been told to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Ubaidullah bin Al Asham] from his uncle [Yazid bin Al Asham] from [Maimunah] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, if he prostrates, keeps his hands away from his stomach, if a goat passes between his hands, he will surely be able to pass through (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 880.) 4th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي بِالْقَاعِ مِنْ نَمِرَةَ فَمَرَّ بِنَا God willing كُنْ فِي بَهْمِكَ حَتَّى آتِيَ هَؤُلاَءِ الْقَوْمَ فَأُسَائِلَهُمْ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ وَجِئْتُ- فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَحَضَرْتُ God bless you عُفْرَتَىْ إِبْطَىْ رَسُولْ كُلَّمَا سَجَدَ‏.‏ ‏ قَالَ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ النَّاسُ يَقُولُونَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. اللَّهِ" God bless you وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ God willing أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَحْوَهُ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Dawud bin Qais] from [Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Aqram Al Khuza'i] from [his father] he said; "I was with my father in a valley in the Namirah area, suddenly a group of horsemen passed us and got off at the end of the road, my father then said to me, "Stay on your rock until I come and ask them. " He said; "The group came out and I approached, it turned out that the group was the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. When the time for prayer came I prayed with them until I could see the whiteness of the two armpits of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when he prostrated. " Ibnu Majah said; "People said; "Ubaidullah bin Abdullah." And [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said; "Abdullah bin Ubaidullah said; has told us [Muhammad bin Bashyar] said, has told us ['Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] and [Shafwan bin Isa] and [Abu Dawud] they said; has told us [Dawud bin Qais] from [Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Arqam] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, as in the hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 881.) 5th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind. يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ God bless you رُكْبَتَيْهّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ قَبْلَ رُكْبَتَيْهِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Al Hasan bin Ali Al Khallal] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has told us [Sharik] from [Ashim bin Kulaib] from [his father] from [Wa`il bin Hujr] he said; "I saw the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, when he was prostrating he put his knees before his hands. And when he got up from prostration he raised his hands before his knees (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 882.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ God bless you أَعْظُمٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Bisyr bin Mu'adz Adl Dlarir] said, has told us [Abu Awanah] and [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "I was ordered to prostrate on seven bones (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 883.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعٍ وَلاَ أَكُفَّ شَعَرًا وَم ‏.‏ قَالَ ابْنُ طَاوُسlam وَالرُّكْبَتَيْنِ وَالْقَدَمَيْنِ وَكَانَ يَعُدُّ الْجَبْهَةَ وَالأَنْفَ وَاحِدًا ‏.‏. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Ibn Thawus] from [his father] from [Ibn Abbas] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I was ordered to prostrate on seven (bones) without holding back hair and cloth." Ibn Thawus said; "My father said; "(Namely) two hands, two knees and two soles of the feet," and he counted one between the forehead and the nose (Degree: authentic. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ إِذَا سَجَدَ الْعَبْدُ سَجَدَ مَعَهُ سَبْعَةُ آرَابٍ: وَجْهُهُ وَكَفَّاهُ وَرُكْبَتَاهُ وَقَدَمَاهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] said, has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Abu Hazim] from [Yazid bin Al Had] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim At Taimi] from [Amir bin Sa'd] from [Al Abbas bin Abdul Muthallib] that he once heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "When a slave prostrates he should prostrate on seven limbs; face, two hands, two knees and two soles of the feet (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 885.) 9th Hadith. God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing سَجَدَ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Abbad bin Rasyid] from [Al Hasan] said, has told us [Ahmar] a friend of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said, "We felt sorry for Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam when he moved his hands away from his side when prostrating (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 886.) 10th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God bless you God bless you لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ ‏{فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ}‏ قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏"‏ اجْعَلُوهَا فِي رُكُوعِكُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ ‏{سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى}‏ قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏‏ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Amru bin Rafi' Al Bajali] said, has told us [Abdullah Ibnul Mubarak] from [Musa bin Ayyub Al Ghafiqi] said; "I heard [Iyas bin Amir] say; "I heard [Uqbah bin Amir Al Juhani] say, "When the verse was revealed; (Sanctify the name of your Lord, the Most High), Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to us: "Do it in your prostration (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 887.) 11th Hadith. Quotes message الأَعْلَى ‏"‏ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh Al Mishri] said, has reported to us [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Ubaidullah bin Abu Ja'far] from [Abu Al Azhar] from [Hudzaifah Al Yamani] that he heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say while bowing: "SUBHAANA RABBIYAL 'AZHIM (Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great) three times. And when prostrating say; SUBHAANA RABBIYAL A'LA (Glory be to my Lord, Most High) three times (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 888.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing يُكْثِرُ أَنْ يَقُولَ فِي رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُم سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ. ‏"‏ ‏.‏ يَتَأَوَّلُ الْقُرْآنَ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, has told us [Jarir] from [Mansur] from [Abu Dhluha] from [Masruq] from [Aisyah] he said; "In bowing and prostrating, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam increased his prayers: "SUBHAANAKA ALLAHUMMA WA BI HAMDIKA ALLAHUMMA IGHFIR LII" (Glory be to You, O Allah, and by praising You, O Allah, forgive me," he interpreted the Qur'an) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 889.) 13th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَلْيَقُلْ فِي رُكُوعِهِ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ ‏.‏ God willing God bless you الأَعْلَى ثَلاَثًا. سُجُودُهُ، وَذَلِكَ أَدْنَاهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Khallad Al Bahili] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Ibn Abu Dzi`b] from [Ishaq bin Yazid Al Hudzali] from [Aun bin Abdullah bin Utbah] from [Ibn Mas'ud] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When one of you bows then say: SUBHAANA RABBIYA AL 'AZHIIM (Glory be to my Rabb, the Most High) three times, if you do that then your bow is complete. And if you prostrate, then say "SUBHAANA RABBIYA AL A'LAA (Glory be to my Rabb, the Most High) three times, if you do. then the prostration is complete. And that is the lightest reading (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 890.) 14th Hadith. God bless you God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" أَحَدُكُما افْتِرَاشَ الْكَلْبِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Sufyan] from [Jabir] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When one of you prostrates, do it evenly, and do not spread his hands like a dog (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 891.) 15th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَم God bless you أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ اعْتَدِلُوا فِي السُّجُودِ، وَلاَ يَسْجُدْ أَحَدُكُمْ وَهُوَ بَاسِطٌ ذِرَاعَيْهِ كَالْكَلْبِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] said, it has been told to us [Abdul A'la] said, it has been told to us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Be balanced when you prostrate, and do not let one of you prostrate by spreading his elbows apart like a dog (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 892.) 16th Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ God willing God bless you رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ لَمْ يَسْجُدْ حَتَِ قَائِمًا، فَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَرَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ، لَمْ يَسْجُدْ God bless you الْيُسْرَى ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Husain Al Mu'allim] from [Budail] from [Abu Al Jauza`] from [Aisyah] he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, if he wanted to lift his head from bowing, he did not do it until he was upright and balanced. And if he prostrated and then raised his head, he did not (will) prostrate until he was sitting and balanced, and he spread his left leg (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 893.) 17th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ لاَ تُقْعِ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Isra'il] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Al Harith] from [Ali] he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to me: "Do not sit Iq'a (sit with your buttocks on the floor and straighten your calves) between two prostrations (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 894.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God bless you God willing God bless you ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Tsawab] said, has told us [Abu Nu'aim An Nakha'i] from [Abu Malik] from ['Ashim bin Kulaib] from [His father] from [Abu Musa] and [Abu Ishaq] from [Al Harith] from [Ali] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "O Ali, do not sit like a dog sits (in prayer) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 895.) 19th hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God bless you قَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ إِذَا رَفَعْتَ رَأْسَكَ مِنَ السُّجُودْ God bless you قَدَمَيْكَ بِالأَرْضِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Al Hasan bin Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has told us [Al 'Ala Abu Muhammad] he said; I heard [Anas bin Malik] say; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to me: "When you lift your head from prostration, then do not sit as a dog sits. Place your buttocks between your legs, and stick the tops of your feet to the ground (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 896.) 20th hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ كَانَ يَقُولُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ ‏ "‏ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي، رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] said, has told us [Al 'Ala Ibnul Musayyab] from [Amru bin Murrah] from [Thalhah bin Yazid] from [Hudzaifah]. (in another line it is stated; Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Hafsh bin Ghiyat] from [Al A'masy] from [Sa'd bin Ubaidah] from [Al Mustaurid Ibnul Ahnaf] from [Shillah bin Zufar] from [Hudzaifah] said; "When sitting between two prostrations the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "RABBIGHFIRLI RABBIGHFIRLI (O Allah forgive me, O Allah forgive me) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 897.) 21st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُم God bless you God bless you God willing قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ God bless you اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِى وَارْفَعْنِي ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Kuraib Muhammad bin Al 'Ala] said, has told us [Isma'il bin Shubaih] from [Kamil Abul 'Ala] he said; I heard [Habib bin Abu Thabit] tell [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibnu Abbas] he said; "In the evening prayer Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam read between two prostrations; "RABBIGHFIRLI, WARHAMNI, WAJBURNI, WARZUQNI, WARFA'NI" (O my Lord, forgive me, have mercy on me, correct my doubts, bestow my sustenance and raise my rank) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 898.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَمِيكَائِيلَ وَعَلَى فُلاَنٍ وَفُلاَنٍ ‏.‏ يَعْنُونَ God bless you. God bless you. God bless you وسلم ـ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ تَقُولُوا السَّلاَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ السَّلاَمُ فَإِذَا جَلَسْتُمْ فَقُولُوا God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God bless you عَبْدٍ صَالِحٍ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ ‏.‏ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَرَسُولُهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، God willing message God willing God willing مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ God bless you God willing God willing مَسْعُودٍ، ح قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي God willing God willing God willing التَّشَهُّدَ. فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [my father] said, has told us [Al A'masy] from [Syaqiq bin Salamah] from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud]. (in another way it is mentioned) Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Khallad Al Bahili] said, has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Al A'masy] from [Syaqiq] from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] he said; "When we pray with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, we say: AS SALAAMU 'ALA ALLAHI QABLA IBAADIHI, AS SALAAMU 'ALA JIBRA`IIL WA MIKAA`IIL WA 'ALA FULAN WA FULAN - what they mean is the angels -. Then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam heard this, so he said: "Do not say AS SALAAMU 'ALA ALLAHI, because AS SALAAMU is Allah. If you sit down (tasyahud) then say; AT TAHIYYATU LILLAH WASH SHALAWATU WATH THAYYIBAT AS SALAAMU 'ALAIKA AYYUHAN NABIU WA RAHMATULLAHI WA BARAKA'ATUH, AS SALAAMU 'ALAINA WA 'ALA IBAADILAHISH SHALIHIIN (All honor belongs to Allah, prayer and righteous deeds. May Allah's safety, mercy and blessings be upon you, O Prophet -sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam- and also to the righteous servants of Allah). Indeed, if he said that, it would cover all righteous servants both in heaven and on earth. ASYHADU AN LAA ILAAHA ILLAALLAHU WA ASYHADU ANNA MUHAMMADAN 'ANDUHU WA RASUULUHU (I testify that there is no God but Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger). Has told us [Muhammad bin Ma'mar] said, has told us [Qabishah] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Al A'masy] and [Mansur] from [Abu Wa`il] from [Abu Ubaidah] from [Al Aswad] from [Abul Al Ahwash] from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam taught them tasyahud, then he mentioned as in the hadith (Degree: authentic. He said: "If you pray and sit in tasyahud, then the first thing you say is; "ATTAHIYYAATUTH THAYYIBAATUSH SHALAWAATU LILLAH AS SALAAMU 'ALAIKA AYYUHAN NABIYYU WA RAHNMATULLAHI WA BARAKA'ATUH AS SALAAMU 'ALAINA WA 'ALAA 'IBAADILLAHISH SHAALIHIIN ASYHADU AN LAA ILAAHA ILLA ALLAHU WA ASYHADU ANNA MUHAMMADAN 'ABDUHUU WA RASUULUH (All respect, righteous deeds and prayers belong to Allah alone. Has told us [Al Husain bin Bayan] said, has told us [Ziyad bin Abdullah] said, has told us [Al Mas'udi] from [Aun bin Abdullah] from [Abu Fakhitah] from [Al Aswad bin Yazid] from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] he said; "If you read prayers to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then that's good, because you don't know, it could be that those prayers were presented in front of him (Rasulullah)." Has told us [Yusuf bin Musa Al Qaththan] said, has told us [Jarir] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam asked a man: "What do you read when praying?" He replied, "I read tasyahud, then ask Allah for heaven and take refuge in Him from hell. But by Allah, I cannot hear your dandanah and also Mu'adz's dandanah.
