Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [Al Walid bin Bukair Abu Jannab] said, has told me [Abdullah bin Muhammad Al 'Adawi] from [Ali bin Zaid] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam preached before us, he said: "O people, repent to Allah before you die, hasten to do good deeds before you are busy, and connect yourself with your Rabb by increasing your remembrance of Him, giving lots of alms secretly and openly. Surely you will be given sustenance, helped and provided for. Know, indeed, Allah has made it mandatory for you to pray Friday prayer at this place where I stand, on this day, in this month and in this year until the Day of Resurrection. Whoever abandons it during my life or after me, and he has a just or corrupt priest, then despise or rejects him, then Allah will not unite him and his affairs will not be blessed. Know, there is no prayer, no zakat, no pilgrimage, no fasting, and no good for him until he repents. So whoever repents, Allah will accept his repentance.
