Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. Allah's blessings عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing " لاَ طَلاَقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَلاَ عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Sa'id Ad Darimi] said, has told us [Ali bin Al Husain bin Waqid] said, has told us [Hisyam bin Sa'd] from [Az Zuhri] from [Urwah] from [Miswar bin Makhramah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "There is no divorce before marriage and there is no liberation before having (Degree: Sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2048.) 2nd hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing God willing God willing لاَ طَلاَقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us ['Abdurrazaq] said, has told us [Ma'mar] from [Juwaibir] from [Adl Dlahhak] from [Nazzal bin Sabrah] from [Ali bin Abu Talib] radliallahu 'anhu, from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "There is no divorce before there is marriage (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2049.) 3rd Hadith. God willing God willing Allah's blessings God willing ابْنَةَ الْجَوْنْ وسلم ـ فَدَنَا مِنْهَا قَالَتْ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " عُذْتِ بِعَظِيمٍ . الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ " .. Has told us ['Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi] said, has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] said, has told us [Al Auza'i] he said; I asked [Az Zuhri], "Which of the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam took refuge from him?" he then said, "[Urwah] has informed me from ['Aisyah], that Princess Al Jaun when she met Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam and he was close to her, she said, "I seek refuge in Allah from you." So Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "You have taken refuge in something great, return to your family (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2050.) 4th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing "" مَا أَرَدْتَ بِهَا " . قَالَ وَاحِدَةً . قَالَ " God willing أَرَدْتُ بِهَا إِلاَِ . قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَاجَهْ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ . قَالَ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ تَرَكَهُ نَاحِيَةً وَأَحْمَدُ جَبُنَ عَنْهُ . Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad] both said; told us [Waki'] from [Jarir bin Hazim] from [Az Zubair bin Sa'id] from [Abdullah bin Ali bin Yazid bin Rukanah] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that he had divorced his wife with triple divorce emphasized: "By Allah, you don't want it except one!? He replied: "By Allah, I don't want it except one." He said, "So He returned his wife to him." Muhammad bin Hajah said, "I heard Abu Al Hasan Ali bin Muhammad Ath Thanafisi say, "How noble is this hadith." Ibnu Majah said, "The name of Abu Ubaid has been abandoned by Najiah, while Ahmad weakened it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2051.) 5th Hadith. Allah's blessings مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، God willing عليه وسلم ـ فَاخْتَرْنَاهُ . فَلَمْ نَرَهُ شَيْئًا .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Muslim] from [Masruq] from ['Aisyah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam made choices for us until we chose them, and we had absolutely no desire to choose thalaq in the slightest (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2052.) 6th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {وَإِنْ God bless you رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ "" God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عَلِمَ وَاللَّهَ بِفِرَاقِهِ . قَالَتْ فَقَرَأَ عَلَىَّ {يَا أَيُّهَا God willing God willing فَقُلْتُ فِي هَذَا أَسْتَأْمِرُ أَبَوَىَّ قَدِ اخْتَرْتُ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abdurrazaq] said, has told us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] he said, "When the verse came down: "(And if you all desire (the pleasure of) Allah and His Messenger) ", Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came to meet me and said: "O 'Aisyah, I will remind you of a matter, so do not give a decision immediately until you ask your parents for consideration first," 'Aisyah continued her narrative, "By Allah, he already knows that my parents will not possibly give me the advice to separate from him." 'Aisyah said, "Then he read to me the verse: "(O Prophet, say to your wives: 'If you all covet the life of this world and its jewels..)." 'Aishah said, "Whether in a matter like this I will ask my parents for advice! Indeed, I prefer Allah and His Messenger (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2053.) 7th Hadith. God bless you عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَتَجِدَ رِيحَ الْجَنَّةِ . وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا " .. It has been told to us [Bakr bin Khalaf Abu Bisyr] said, it has been told to us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Ja'far bin Yahya bin Tsauban] from his uncle [Umarah bin Tsauban] from ['Atha] from [Ibn Abbas] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no wife who asks for a divorce from her husband not for a justifiable reason and then gets the smell of heaven, indeed the smell of heaven can be achieved with a journey of forty years (Degree: authentic. God bless you قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَيُّمَا God willing فَحَرَامٌ عَلَيْهَا رَائِحَةُ الْجَنَّةِ " .. Has told us [Ahmad Ibnul Azhar] said, has told us [Muhammad Ibnul Fadll] from [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Abu Asma] from [Tsauban] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce not for a justified reason, then he will not get the smell of heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2055.) 9th Hadith. God bless you الأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدَ God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you. God bless you God willing لَهَا النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ " . قَالَتْ نَعَمْ . فَأَمَرَهُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings حَدِيقَتَهُ وَلاَ يَزْدَادَ .. Has told us [Azhar bin Marwan] said, has told us [Abdul A'la bin Abdul A'la] said, has told us [Sa'id bin Abu Arubah] from [Qatadah] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] said, "Jamilah bint Salul came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "I do not criticize Thabit in matters of religion and morals, but I hate disbelief in Islam, I can't because I'm irritated." Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to her: "Are you willing to return her garden (dowry) to her?" he answered, "Yes." So he ordered Thabit to take his garden and not give any additional (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2056.) 10th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُم God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. تَحْتَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ وَكَانَ رَجُلاً God willing مَخَافَةُ اللَّهِ إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ لَبَصَقْهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ " . قَالَتْ نَعَمْ . قَالَ فَرَدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ . قَالَ فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .. Has told us [Abu Kuraib] said, has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] from [Hajjaj] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "Habibah bint Sahl was the wife of Thabit bin Qais bin Syammas, while he was a man with an ugly face. Habibah said, "O Messenger of Allah, by Allah, if it were not for fear of Allah, if she dares to come to me I will definitely spit in her face." He then said: "Do you want to return her garden (dowry) to her?" He answered, "Yes." So he returned the garden to Thabit bin Qais. He (the narrator) said, "So Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam divorced the two of them (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2057.) 11th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنّ الرُّبَيِّعْ لَهَا حَدِّثِينِي حَدِيثَكِ، . قَالَتِ اخْتَلَعْتُ مِنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace. God bless you يَكُونَ حَدِيثَ عَهْدٍ بِكِ فَتَمْكُثِينَ عِنْدَهُ حَتَّى God bless you. قَضَاءَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي مَرْيَمَ God bless you فَاخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْهُ .. Has told us [Ali bin Salamah An Naisaburi] said, has told us [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim bin Sa'd] said, has told us [My Father] from [Ibn Ishaq] said, has told me [Ubadah bin Al Walid bin Ubadah bin Ash Shamit] from [Ar Rubayyi' bint Mu'awwidz bin Afra] said, "I said to him, "Tell me about your problem." He said, "I sued my husband for divorce, then I went to Uthman and asked, "What are my obligations from Iddah?" So he answered, "There is no 'Iddah for you, because you are still new, so stay by his side until you menstruate once." Rubayyi' said, "In that case he only followed the decision of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam as in the case of Maryam Al Maghaliyyah, who at that time was under the auspices of Thabit bin Qais, then he asked for khulu' from him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2058.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَمَكَثَ تِسْعَةً وَعِشْرِينَ يَوْمًا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ God bless you أَنْ لاَ تَدْخُلَ عَلَيْنَا شَهْرًا ." هَكَذَا " ." " وَشَهْرٌ هَكَذَا " . وَأَرْسَلَ أَصَابِعَهُ كُلَّهَا وَأَمْسَكَ إِصْبَعًا وَاحِدًا فِي الثَّالِثَةِ .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us ['Abdurrahman bin Abu Ar Rijal] from [his father] from [Amrah] from ['Aisyah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once vowed not to have sex with his wives for one month, this lasted for twenty-nine days. So when he entered the thirtieth night he came to see me, I asked, "You have sworn not to meet us for a month?! " he answered: "One month was like this -he raised his fingers three times-, one month was like this -then he raised all his fingers and clasped one finger the third time (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2059.) 13th Hadith. God willing God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رَدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ هَدِيَّتَهُ . فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ لَقَدْ God bless you. مِنْهُنَّ .. It has been told to us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] said, it has been told to us by [Yahya bin Zakariya bin Abu Za`idah] from [Haritsah bin Muhammad] from [Amrah] from ['Aisyah] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did Ila` (vow not to sleep with his wife) because Zainab returned the gift he had given her. 'Aisha said, "Indeed she has humbled you." So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam got angry and cursed them (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2060.) 14th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ آلَى مِنْ بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ شَهْرًا فَلَمَّا كَانَ تِسْعَةً وَعِشْرِينَ رَاحَ أَوْ غَدَا . فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا مَضَى تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ . فَقَالَ " الشَّهْرُ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Yusuf As Sulami] said, has told us [Abu Ashim] from [Ibnu Juraij] from [Yahya bin Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Shaifi] from [Ikrimah bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Ummu Salamah] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam took Ila` (an oath not to have sexual relations with) some of his wives for one month. So, When he had entered the twenty-ninth day he came out in the evening or morning. Then it was said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, now only twenty-nine days have passed! " he then said: "One month has twenty-nine days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2061.) 15th Hadith. God willing عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God willing سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ or God bless you Allah's blessings God willing God bless you God bless you God willing قَوْمِي فَأَخْبَرْتُهُمْ خَبَرِي وَقُلْتُ لَهُمْ سَلُوا لِي رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . فَقَالُوا مَا كُنَّا لِنَفْعَلَ إِذًا يُنْزِلَ اللَّهُ فِينَا كِتَابًا أَوْ يَكُونَ فِينَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَوْلٌ فَيَبْقَى عَلَيْنَا عَارُهُ وَلَكِنْ سَوْفَ نُسَلِّمُكَ لِجَرِيرَتِكَ اذْهَبْ أَنْتَ فَاذْكُرْ شَأْنَكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . جِئْتُهُ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ الْخَبَرَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَنْتَ بِذَاكَ " . فَقُلْتُ أَنَا بِذَاكَ وَهَا أَنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَِ اللَّهِ عَلَىَّ . قَالَ " فَأَعْتِقْ رَقَبَةً " . قَالَ قُلْتُ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا أَصْبَحْتُ أَمْلِكُ إِلاَّ رَقَبَتِي هَذِهِ . قَالَ " فَصُمْ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ " . قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَهَلْ دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ مَْ God bless you مِسْكِينًا " . قَالَ قُلْتُ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لَقَدْ بِتْنَا لَيْلَتَنَا هَذِهِ مَا لَنَا عَشَاءٌ . قَالَ " فَاذْهَبْ إِلَى صَاحِبِ صَدَقَةِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ فَقُلْ لَهُ فَلْيَدْفَعْهَا إِلَيْكَ وَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا وَانْتَفِعْ بِبَقِيَّتِهَا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin Amru bin 'Atha] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Salamah bin Shakhr Al Bayadli] he said, "I am the person who has the greatest interest in women, no man is like me in that respect. When I entered the month of Ramadlan Menzhihar my wife until the month of Ramadlan ended. When one night she spoke to me, part of her nakedness was revealed so I hugged her and had sex with her. In the morning I went to my people and told them what I had done. Or, the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam will come out to us. However, we will hand you over with your sins, so go and mention your case to Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam." Salamah bin Shakhr Al Bayadli said, "Then I went out to him and I told him about it, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "You sinned because of that," I answered, "I sinned because of that! O Messenger of Allah, I will be patient with Allah's law." He said: "Free a slave." Salamah bin Shakhr Al Bayadli said, "I said, "By the One who sent you with courage, in the morning I have nothing but only this slave." He said: "Fast two months in a row." Salamah bin Shakhr Al Bayadli said, "I said, "O Messenger of Allah, is there anything that causes me to be struck by misfortune except fasting?" he said: "Give alms, or he said, "feed sixty poor people." Salamah bin Shakhr Al Bayadli said, "I said, "By the One who sent you with the truth, tonight we have spent the night and we did not find dinner." He said: "Meet the owner of the alms wealth of the Zurai tribe, tell him to give the property to you. Then feed sixty poor people, and make use of the rest (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2062.) 16th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace. بِنْتِ ثَعْلَبَةَ وَيَخْفَى عَلَىَّ بَكِي زَوْجَهَا إِلَى رَسُولّ God willing God willing ظَاهَرَ مِنِّي اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَشْكُو إِلَيْكَ . فَمَا God willing, God willing, God willing {قَدْ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ قَوْلَ الَّتِي تُجَادِلُكَ فِي زَوْجِهَا وَتَشْتَكِي إِلَى اللَّهِ}.. It has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has told us [Muhammad bin Abu Ubaidah] said, it has told us [My Father] from [Al A'masy] from [Tamim bin Salamah] from [Urwah bin Az Zubair] he said, "['Aisyah] said, "Glory be to Allah whose hearing encompasses all things. Indeed, I have heard what Khaulah bint Tsa'labah said when she complained to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about her husband, but I did not hear part of it. She said, "O Messenger of Allah, he ate my youth and I opened my womb for him. But when I was old and could no longer give birth to children he gave me zhihar. O Allah, I complained to You," he continued to do so until Jibril came down with the verses: "(Indeed, Allah has heard the words of the woman who filed a lawsuit against you about her husband, and complained (the matter) to Allah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2063.) 17th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَلَمَةَ بْنِ صَخْرٍ الْبَيَاضِيِّ، عَنِ God willing قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ قَالَ " كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ " .. Has told us [Abdullah bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin Amru bin 'Atha] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Salamah bin Shakhr Al Bayadli] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about someone who menzhihar then had sexual intercourse with (the wife he was zhihar) before paying his kafarah, "Enough with one kafarah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2064.) 18th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ فَغَشِيَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ فَأَتَى God willing " مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ " . فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings حَتَّى يُكَفِّرَ .. It has been told to us [Al Abbas bin Yazid] said, it has been told to us [Ghundar] said, it has been told to us [Ma'mar] from [Al Hakam bin Aban] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] said, "Someone cheated on his wife and then he had sex with her before paying the kafarah. Then he came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and explained the problem. He asked: "What made you do that?" he answered, "O Rasulullah, I saw her legs white when exposed to the moonlight, so that I could not control my soul to have sex with her." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam laughed and ordered him not to approach her until he paid the kafarah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2065.) 19th hadith. God willing الْعُثْمَانِيُِ God willing جَاءَ عُوَيْمِرٌ إِلَى عَاصِمِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ فَقَالَ سَلْ لِي may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind love God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you. God bless you فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ مَا صَنَعْتَ فَقَالَ صَنَعْتُ أَنَّكَ لَمْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ فَعَابَ الْمَسَائِلَ فَقَالَ عُوَيْمِرٌ وَاللَّهِ لآتِيَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ God bless you وسلم ـ فَوَجَدَهُ قَدْ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِمَا فَلاَعَنَ God willing God willing God bless you God willing قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الأَلْيَتَيْنْ love God bless you. النَّعْتِ الْمَكْرُوهِ .. Has told us [Abu Marwan Al Utsmani Muhammad bin Uthman] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Sahl bin Sa'd As Sa'idi] he said, "Uwaimir came to Ashim bin Adi and said, "Convey my question to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam; What do you think if a man gets angry when he finds his wife with another man until he kills her? Should he be killed (qishash) or what?" So Ashim asked Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam about this, but Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam criticized (hated) the question. Uwaimir then met Ashim and asked him, "What have you done?" He answered, "You came to me without bringing anything good, I asked Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, but he criticized the question. So Uwaimir said, "By Allah, I will indeed go to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and ask him about that." Finally he came to see Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he met him when the verse relating to his problem had been revealed. Then the Messenger of Allah told him to take an oath between the two of them. Uwaimir said, "By Allah, O Messenger of Allah, if I take her home to my house, does that mean I am lying (inconsistent with what I said)? " He (the narrator) said, "Uwaimir also separated from his wife before the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered him to do so, so that was the first time that had happened in the li'an case. After that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Please watch and investigate the woman, if she gave birth to a baby with black skin, very black eyes and a big butt, meaning her husband was right. However, if the woman gives birth to a baby with reddish characteristics like a wahrah (a gecko-like animal), it means that her husband is lying." He (the narrator) said, "It turns out that the woman gave birth to a baby whose characteristics do not match the father's ('Uwaimir) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2066.) 20th hadith. God bless you God bless you يُبَرِّئُ ظَهْرِي . قَالَ فَنَزَلَتْ {وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلاَّ أَنْفُسُهُمْ} غَضَبَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ} . God bless you God willing وَالنَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمَا كَاذِبٌ فَهَلْ مِنْ تَائِبٍ "" . ثُمَّ قَامَتْ فَشَهِدَتْ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عِنْدَ God bless you مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ} . قَالُوا لَهَا إِنَّهَا God bless you. وَنَكَصَتْ حَتَّى ظَنَنَّا أَنَّهَا سَتَرْجِعُ فَقَالَتْ وَاللَّهِ لاَ أَفْضَحُ قَوْمِي سَائِرَ الْيَوْمِ . فَقَالَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing .” وسلم ـ " لَوْلاَ مَا مَضَى مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ لَكَانَ لِي وَلَهَا شَأْنٌ " .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, it has been told to us [Ibn Abu Adi] said, it has been reported to us [Hisyam bin Hassan] said, it has been told to us [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] said, "Hilal bin Umayyah accused his wife of having an affair with Shariq bin Sahma in the presence of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. So, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam also said: "You provide evidence, or will you receive the punishment of Hadd?! Hilal bin Umayyah then said, "By the One who sent you with the truth, I truly speak the truth. And surely Allah will reveal a verse that will free me from the punishment of had." Ibn Abbas said, "So the verse came down: "(And those who accuse their wives (of adultery), even though they have no witnesses other than themselves)" until the verse "(and the fifth (oath): that Allah's curse is upon them if their husbands are among the righteous)." Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam turned and sent a messenger to summon the two of them (Hilal and his wife), and they came. Hilal bin Umayyah then stood up and testified, then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah knows that some of you are lying, so is there anyone who wants to repent (before it is too late)?" Abbas said, "The woman hesitated and went back and forth until we thought as if she would return (repent). But instead he said, "Indeed my people will not be lucky all day long." After that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Look at that woman, if she gives birth to a child with black eyes, a big butt and both calves are also big, then that is the child of Sharik bin Sahma." And the woman actually gave birth to the child as he stated, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If it were not for the provisions stated in the Book of Allah, there would definitely be problems between me and her (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2067.) 21st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing كُنَّا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ لَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ . فَقَالَ God bless you فَقَتَلَهَ وَاللَّهِ لأَذْكُرَنَّ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . فَذَكَرَهُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَنْزَلَ God bless him. God bless him. God bless him. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you أَسْوَدَ " . فَجَاءَتْ بِهِ أَسْوَدَ جَعْدًا .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Khallad Al Bahili] and [Ishaq bin Ibrahim bin Habib] both said; has told us [Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Alqamah] from [Abdullah] he said, "When we were in the mosque on Friday night, there was someone who said, "If only a husband found a man with his wife, and then he killed him, you would definitely kill him in return. And if he speaks, you will surely beat him. By Allah, I will convey this to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam." So he conveyed this to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, until Allah 'azza wajalla revealed the verses of Li'an. After that incident, the man then accused his wife, so the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered the two of them to swear to each other, he said: "May she give birth to a black child." And sure enough, the woman gave birth to a child who was black. black skin and curly hair (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2068.) 22nd Hadith. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then separated the two and assigned the child to its mother (Derajat: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2069.) 23rd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God قَالَ تَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَلْعِجْلاَنَ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا فَبَاتَ عِنا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَسَأَلَهَا فَقَالَتْ بَلَى قَدْ كُنْتُ عَذْرَاءَ . فَأَمَرَ بِهِمَا فَتَلاَعَنَا وَأَعْطَاهَا الْمَهْرَ .. Has told us [Ali bin Salamah An Naisaburi] said, has told us [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim bin Sa'd] said, has told us [my father] from [Ibn Ishaq] he said; [Thalhah bin Nafi'] mentioned from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "An Ansar man married a woman who came from Bal'ijlan, then he went in and spent the night with her. When morning came he said, "I didn't find her virginity! " until finally, the matter was conveyed to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. He called the woman and asked her, she answered, "That's right, I'm still a girl." So he ordered the two of them to swear to each other, and he gave her the right to dowry (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2070.) 24th Hadith. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Haiwah bin Syuraih Al Hadlrami] from [Dlamrah bin Rabi'ah] from [Ibn 'Atha] from [his father] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There are four people from women whose li'an does not apply to them; women Christians who are under men muslim, Jewish women who are under men muslim, free women who are under a slave, and slave women who are under a free man (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Wahb bin Jarir] said, has told us [Hisyam Ad Dastuwani] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Ya'la bin Hakim] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] he said; [Ibn Abbas] said, "In the things that are forbidden there is an oath." And Ibn Abbas said, "Truly there is for you in the Messenger of Allah a good role model (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2073.) 27th Hadith. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad bin Yazid] from ['Aisyah] that she liberated Barirah, then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave her a choice, and she had an independent husband (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2074.) 28th Hadith. It has been told to us that [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] and [Muhammad bin Khallad Al Bahili] both said; has told us [Abdul Wahhab Ats Tsaqafi] said, has told us [Khalid Al Hadzdza] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "Barirah's husband was a slave named Mughits, as if I saw him walking behind Barirah with tears streaming down his cheeks. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said to Al Abbas: "O Abbas, aren't you amazed by how much did the Mughits love Barirah and how much did Barirah hate the Mughits?" The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said to Barirah: "If you want to return to him, indeed he is the father of your child," Barirah replied, "O Messenger of Allah, are you ordering me?" he said: "I only recommend." Barirah then said, "I don't need (him) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2075.) 29th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing God bless you ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَيَقُولُ " هُوَ عَلَيْهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَهُوَ لَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ " . وَقَالَ " الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ " .. It has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, it has been told to us [Waki'] from [Usamah bin Yazid] from [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] from ['Aisyah] he said, "Three menstruation had passed for Barirah, and when she was freed she was given a choice. Her husband was a slave, many people gave alms to him, then he presented the alms to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. He then said: "For him it is charity, and for us it is a gift." He said again: "Loyalty is for those who liberate him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2076.) 30th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing تَعْتَدَّ، بِثَلاَثِ حِيَضٍ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from ['Aisyah] he said, "Barirah is ordered to undergo a period of iddah for three menstruations (Degree: sahih. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Thuraif] and [Ibrahim bin Sa'id Aljauhari] both said; has told us [Umar bin Syabib Al Musli] from [Abdullah bin Isa] from ['Athiyyah] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Talaq for a female slave is twice, and the period of iddah is two menstruations (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Yahya bin Abdullah bin Bukair] said, has told us [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Musa bin Ayyub Al Ghafiqi] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "A man came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "O Messenger of Allah, indeed my master married me to his slave girl, then he wanted to separate me from her." Ibn Abbas said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then went up to the pulpit and said: "O people, why does one of you marry his slave to his female slave, then he wants to separate the two?! Only divorce is the right of the person who holds the calf (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2081.) 34th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُعَتِّبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، مَوْلَى بَنِي نَوْفَلٍ قَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing .” ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْحَسَنِ هَذَا صَخْرَةً عَظِيمَةً عَلَى عُنُقِهِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul Malik bin Zanjawaih Abu Bakr] said, has told us ['Abdurrazaq] said, has told us [Ma'mar] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Umar bin Mu'attib] from [Abul Hasan Maula Bani Naufal] he said, "[Ibnu Abbas] was asked about a slave who had divorced his wife with two divorces and then both of them were set free, then whether can he marry her again?" Ibn Abbas answered, "Yes, you can." Ibn Abbas was asked again, "Who did the source come from?" he answered, "That is how the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam decided on a case like this." 'Abdurrazaq said; Abdullah bin Mubarak said, "Truly Abul Hasan has been able to carry this huge rock on his shoulders (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2082.) 35th Hadith. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Sa'id bin Abu 'Arubah] from [Mathar Al Warraq] from [Raja bin Haiwah] from [Qabishah bin Dzu`aib] from [Amru bin 'Ash] he said, "Do not destroy the sunnah of our Prophet, Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. The period of Iddah ummul walad is four months and ten days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2083.) 36th Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَأُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ تَذْكُرَانِ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has reported to us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Humaid bin Nafi'] That he heard [Zainab bintu Umm Salamah] tell that she heard [Ummu Salamah] and [Ummu Habibah] mention, that there was a woman who came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said that her daughter's husband had died, then the child felt pain in his eyes, so he (the mother) wanted to give eyeliner. So Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, your tradition used to end your iddah period by throwing camel dung (after the iddah period had completed one year), even though the iddah period was only four months and ten days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2084.) 37th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ أَنْ تُحِدَّ عَلَى مَيِّتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ إِلاَّ عَلَى زَوْجٍ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "It is not lawful for a woman to perform ihdad (not decorating or wearing perfume) on a corpse for more than three days, except for her husband (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2085.) 38th Hadith. Has told us [Hannad bin As Sari] said, has told us [Abu Al Ahwash] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Nafi'] from [Shafiah bint Abu Ubaid] from [Hafshah] - the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to do ihdad (not adorning and wearing perfume) over a corpse for more than three days, except for her husband (Degree: sahih. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَدْنَى طُهْرِهَا بِنُبْذَةٍ مِنْ قُسْطٍ وَأَظْفَارٍ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Hisyam bin Hassan] from [Hafshah] from [Ummu Athiah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "(A woman) cannot perform ihdad (not adorning and wearing perfume) on a dead body for more than three days, except for a woman for her husband, four months and ten day. It is not permissible to wear dyed fabric other than Ashb fabric (fabric that has been dyed before weaving). It is not permissible to wear stains and wear perfume except after having purified a little qusth (scented wood), or azhfar (fragrance from Yemen) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2087.) 40th Hadith.
