Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings ـ كَانَ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ دَعْوَةُ الْمَرْءِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ لأَخِيهِ God willing Allah's blessings بِمِثْلِهِ ‏"‏ ‏." فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah]; has told us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Abdul Malik bin Abu Sulaiman] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Shafwan bin Abdullah bin Shafwan] -the husband of Abu Darda's daughter-, he said; "One time he came to him, but he only found [Ummu Darda'] and did not find Abu Darda'. Umm Darda said, 'Do you want to go on Hajj this year?' every time he prayed for the good of his brother. The angel would say: 'Amen, and for you the same good.' 2nd hadith. God willing مُعَاوِيَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَمْرُو may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ قَامَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا يُوجِبُ الْحَجَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ الزَّادُ وَالرَّاحِلَةُ ‏"‏ ‏." فَمَا الْحَاجُّ قَالَ ‏"‏ الشَّعِثُ التَّفِلُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَامَ آخَرُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا الْحَجُّ قَالَ ‏"‏ الْعَجُّ وَالثَّجُّ ‏"‏ ‏." الْعَجِيجَ بِالتَّلْبِيَةِ وَالثَّجُّ نَحْرُ الْبُدْنِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar]; has told us [Marwan bin Mu'awiyah]; Likewise, it has been told from another line, and has told us ['Ali bin Muhammad] and ['Amru bin 'Abdullah], both of them said; has told us [Waki']; has told us [Ibrahim bin Yazid Al Makki] from [Muhammad bin 'Abbad bin Ja'far Al Makhzumi] from [Ibn 'Umar], he said; "A person stood before the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what makes Hajj obligatory?' He answered: 'Provisions and vehicles.' He said; 'O Messenger of Allah, how are those who make the Hajj? ' He answered: 'People whose hair is tangled and smells musty.' The others got up and asked; 'O Messenger of Allah, what is Hajj? ' He answered: 'Shout and stream.' Waki' said; 'What is meant by shouting is shouting with talbiyah and flowing is sacrificing a camel (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2896.) 3rd Hadith. God willing God willing وَأَخْبَرَنِيهِ أَيْضًا، عَنِ ابْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ قَالَ ‏"‏ الزَّادُ وَالرَّاحِلَةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ يَعْنِي قَوْلَهُ ‏{‏ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلاً ‏}‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id]; has told us [Hisyam bin Sulaiman Al Qurasyi] from [Ibn Juraij] said; both of them informed me also from [Atha`] from ['Ikrimah] from [Ibn 'Abbas]; In fact the Messenger of Allah said: "Provisions and vehicles are the intention of His word, namely for people who are able to travel to Baitullah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2897.) 4th Hadith. God bless you God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ لاَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing زَوْجِهَا أَوْ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad]; has told us [Waki']; has told us [Al A'masy] from [Abu Shalih] from [Abu Sa'id] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not let a woman travel on a journey of three days or more except with her father, or her brother, or her son, or her husband or her mahram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2898.) 5th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing God willing وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ لَهَا ذُو حُرْمَةٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah]; has narrated to us [Syababah] from [Ibn Abi Dzi`b] from [Sa'id Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah] radliallahu 'anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Hereafter to go on a day's journey without being accompanied by her mahram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2899.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ ابْنْ God willing غَزْوَةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَامْرَأَتِي حَاجَّةٌ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ فَارْجِعْ مَعَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar]; has told us [Syu'aib bin Ishaq]; has told us [Ibn Juraij]; has told me ['Amru bin Dinar] that he heard [Abu Ma'bad] -former slave- Ibn Abbas from [Ibnu Abbas] radiallahu 'anhu, he said; "A Bedouin Arab came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said: 'I have been assigned to such and such a war, while (at that time) my wife had a wish (that had to be fulfilled).' So he sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'Go back with him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2900.) 7th Hadith. God willing God willing عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ جِهَادٌ قَالَ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ عَلَيْهِنَِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah]; has told us [Muhammad bin Fudlail] from [Habib bin Abi Amrah] from [Aisyah bint Thalhah] from [Aisyah] radiallahu 'anha, he said; "I said; 'O Messenger of Allah, is jihad also obligatory for women?' 8th Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْحُدَّانِيِّ، عَنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings ضَعِيفٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah]; has told us [Waki'] from [Al Qasim bin Fadlal Al Huddani] from [Abu Ja'far] from [Ummu Salamah] radliallahu 'anha, he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'Hajj is a jihad for every weak person (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2902.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهْ سَمِعَ رَجُلاً يَقُولُ لَبَّيْكَ عَنْ شُبْرُمَةَ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" ‏.‏ قَالَ قَرِيبٌ لِي ‏." ‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ ‏." ثُمَّ احْجُجْ عَنْ شُبْرُمَةَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair]; has told us ['Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from ['Azrah] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn 'Abbas] radliallahu 'anhu, that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam heard a man say; 'Labbaika 'an Syubrumah' (I fulfill Your call, O Allah, to Syubrumah). So the Messenger of Allah asked: 'Who is Shubrumah? ' The man answered; 'He is one of my relatives.' Then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam asked again; 'Have you ever performed the Hajj? ' He answered; 'Not yet.' Then he sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'Make this Hajj for yourself, then (on the next Hajj) make a Hajj for Shubrumah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2903.) 10th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing قَالَ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَزِدْهُ خَيْرًا لَمْ تَزِدْهُ شَرًّا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul `A'la Ash Shan'ani]; has told us [Abdurrazzak]; has reported to us [Sufyan Ats Tsauri] from [Sulaiman Asy Syaibani] from [Yazid bin Al Asham] from [Ibn Abbas] radiallahu 'anhu, he said; "A man came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and asked; 'Can I make a pilgrimage to my father?' 11th Hadith. God willing God bless you عَنْ أَبِي الْغَوْثِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، - رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْفُرْعِ - may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" الصِّيَامُ فِي النَّذْرِ يُقْضَى عَنْهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar]; has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim]; has told us ['Uthman bin Atha'] from [his father] from [Abu Al Ghauts bin Hushain], a man from Fura', that he actually asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam for a fatwa regarding the Hajj for his father who died before carrying out the Hajj. The Prophet said: "Hajj in your father's place." And he also said: 'So is the nadzar fast. Paid for him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2905.) 12th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings كَبِيرٌ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلاَ الْعُمْرَةَ وَلاَ الظَّعَنَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ ‏‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad], both of them said; has told us [Waki'] from [Syu'bah] from [An Nu'man bin Salim] from [Amru bin Aus] from [Abu Razin Al 'Uqaili], that he once came to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said; "O Messenger of Allah, in fact my father is old, he is no longer able to perform the Hajj, Umrah or travel." He sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'Do the Hajj for your father, and perform the Umrah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2906.) 13th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing فَرِيضَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ فِي الْحَجِّ وَلاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَدَاءَهَا فَهَلْ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ أَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Marwan Muhammad bin 'Uthman Al 'Utsmani]; has told us ['Abdul Aziz Ad Darawardi] from [Abdurrahman bin Harits bin 'Ayyasy bin Abu Rabi'ah Al Makhzumi] from [Hakim bin Hakim bin Abbad bin Hunaif Al Anshari] from [Nafi' bin Jubair] from [Abdullah bin Abbas] radliallahu 'anhu, that a woman from among the Khats'am people came to the Prophet saying; "O Messenger of Allah, in fact my father is an old man who is senile and has been obliged by Allah to His servants to perform the Hajj, but he is unable to carry it out. Can I carry out this obligation?" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam answered: 'Yes (may) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2907.) 14th Hadith. God bless you Allah's blessings God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَحُجَّ إِلاَّ مُعْتَرِضًا ‏.‏ فَصَمَتَ سَاعَةً ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏ "‏ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin 'Abdullah bin Numair]; has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar]; has told us [Muhammad bin Kuraib] from [his father] from [Ibn 'Abbas], he said; has informed me [Husain bin 'Auf], he said; I said; "O Messenger of Allah, indeed my father has fulfilled the obligation of Hajj. He cannot perform Hajj unless he is lying down." He was silent for a moment, then said: 'Present it to your father (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2908.) 15th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ غَدَاةَ النَّحْرْ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ فِي may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ فَإِنَّهُ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكِ دَيْنٌ قَضَيْتِيهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi]; has told us [Walid bin Muslim]; has told us [Al Auza'i] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Ibn Abbas] from his brother [Al Fadl], that he was once behind Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam on the morning of 'Ied Adha. Then a woman came from among the Khats'am people and said; "O Messenger of Allah, indeed Allah's obligation to His servants in carrying out the Hajj has affected my father who is old and he is unable to ride a vehicle. Can I replace him to perform the Hajj?" He answered: 'Yes, because if your father has a debt, then you are obliged to pay it off (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2909.) 16th Hadith. God bless you قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُوقَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ قَالَ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Tharif]; both said; has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah]; has told me [Muhammad bin Suqah] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] radiallahu 'anhu, he said; "A woman showed her child to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when he was performing the Hajj pilgrimage, the woman asked; 'O Messenger of Allah, can this child perform the Hajj?' 17th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing love God bless you أَنْ يَأْمُرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ ‏.‏. Has told us [Uthman bin Abu Syaibah]; has told us [Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Ubaidullah] from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [his father] from [Aisyah] radiallahu 'anha, he said; "Asma bint Umais experienced nifas (giving birth to a child) under a tree, so Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered Abu Bakr to order her to bathe and perform talbiyah (intent on Hajj and Umrah) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2911.) 18th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ وَمَعَهُ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ فَوَلَدَتْ God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing النَّاسُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهَا لاَ تَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah]; has told us [Khalid bin Makhlad] from [Sulaiman bin Bilal]; has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] that he heard [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] tell from [his father] from [Abu Bakar], that he once went on Hajj with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam accompanied by his wife (Asma bint Umais) who later gave birth to Muhammad bin Abu Bakr under a tree. Abu Bakr went to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and informed him. So he ordered Abu Bakr to order his wife to bathe, then start the intention of Hajj, and be allowed to do everything that people do (in Hajj) except for tawaf in Baitullah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2912.) 19th hadith. God willing God willing God willing عُمَيْسٍ بِمُحَمَّدَ God willing وَتَسْتَثْفِرَ بِثَوْبٍ وَتُهِلَّ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad]; has told us [Yahya bin Adam] from [Sufyan] from [Ja'far bin Muhammad] from [His father] from [Jabir] radiallahu 'anhu, he said; "Asma bint Umais gave birth to Muhammad bin Abu Bakr, then the news was conveyed to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, so he ordered her to bathe and tie her vagina with a cloth (sanitary napkin), then intended to perform Hajj (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2913.) 20th hadith. God bless you عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing نَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَمَّا هَذِهِ الثَّلاَثَةُ فَقَدْ سَمِعْتُهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَلَمْلَمَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Mus'ab]; has told us [Malik bin Anas] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] radliallahu 'anhu, that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The people of Medina start (their Hajj and Umrah) from Dzul Hulaifah, and the people of Syria from Juhfah, and the people of Najd, from Qarn." Abdullah said; 'As for these three places, I heard about it from Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, and news has reached me that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'As for Yemeni experts, they are from Yalamlam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2914.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ مُهَلُّ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ ذِي God willing God bless you نَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنٍ وَمُهَلُّ أَهْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ مِنْ ذَاتِ عِرْقٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ بِوَجْهِهِ لِلأُفُقِ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ اللَّهُمَّ أَقْبِلْ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad]; has told us [Waki']; has told us [Ibrahim bin Yazid] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir] radiallahu 'anhu, he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam preached to us, saying: 'The place of intention (hajj and umrah) of the people of Medina is from Dzul Hulaifah. The place of intention (hajj and umrah) of the people of Sham is from Juhfah. The place of intention (hajj and umrah) of the people of Yemen is from Yalamlam. And the place of intention (hajj and umrah) of the people of Masyriq is from Dzatu Irq." Then he raised his face to the horizon and said: 'O Allah, accept the closeness of their hearts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2915.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing رَاحِلَتُهُ أَهَلَّ مِنْ عِنْدْ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhriz bin Salamah Al 'Adani]; has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad Ad Darawardi]; has told me [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] radiallahu 'anhu, that if the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam put his foot into the saddle strap and his vehicle was standing straight, then he began to intend (hajj or Umrah) from the side of the Dhul Hulaifah mosque (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2916.) 23rd Hadith. God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. مَالِكٍ، قَالَ إِنِّي عِنْدَ ثَفِنَاتِ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عِنْدَ الشَّجَرَةِ فَلَمَّا اسْتَوَتْ God bless you ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَذَلِكَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi]; has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] and [Umar bin Abdul Wahid], both of them said; has told us [Al `Auza'i] from [Ayyub bin musa] from [Abdullah bin Ubaidillah bin Umair] from [Tsabit Al Bunani] from [Anas bin Malik] radiallahu 'anhu, he said; "When I was next to the camel of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam which was located under a tree, and when the camel had stood up perfectly carrying the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on it, he then said: 'I answered your call by carrying out the Hajj and Umrah at the same time.' And that happened when he performed the Wada Hajj (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2917.) 24th Hadith. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad]; has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] and [Abu Usamah] and [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] radiallahu 'anhu, he said; "I took the talbiyah saying from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, namely he said: 'O Allah, I fulfill Your call. I fulfill Your call. I fulfill Your call. There is no partner for You. I fulfill Your call. Indeed, praise, enjoyment and kingdom belong only to You. There is no partner for You.'" (The narrator said): Ibn Umar added the talbiyah expression with the saying; 'I fulfill Your call. I fulfill Your call. I fulfill Your call. Happiness and Kindness are only in His hands. Order your companions to raise their voices with talbiyah. Because that is part of the syi'ar hajj (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Ibrahim bin Al Mundzir Al Hizami] and [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib], both of them said; has told us [Ibn Abi Fudaik] from [Adl Dlahhak bin 'Uthman] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Abdurrahman bin Yarbu'] from [Abu Bakr Ash Shiddiq] radiallahu 'anhu that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was asked; "What is the most important deed during the Hajj season?" He answered: 'Raising the voice with talbiyah and slaughtering sacrificial animals (Degree: authentic. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin Uyainah]; Demikian juga telah diriwayatkan dari jalur yang lainnya, dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Rumh]; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Al Laits bin Sa'ad] semuanya dari ['Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Aisyah] radliallahu 'anha bahwa ia berkata; Aku telah memakaikan wewangian untuk Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sebelum beliau berihram dan saat beliau bertahalul sebelum beliau mengerjakan thawaf ifadah. Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَأَنِّي أَرَى وَبِيصَ الطِّيبِ فِي مَفْرِقِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بَعْدَ ثَلاَثَةٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isma'il bin Musa]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syariik] dari [Abu Ishaq] dari [Al Aswad] dari [Aisyah] radliallahu 'anhu, ia berkata; "Seakan aku dapat memandang kilauan wangi pada belahan rambut Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam setelah tiga hari, sedangkan beliau mengerjakan ihram (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مَا يَلْبَسُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَلْبَسُ الْقُمُصَ وَلاَ الْعَمَائِمَ وَلاَ السَّرَاوِيلاَتِ وَلاَ الْبَرَانِسَ وَلاَ الْخِفَافَ إِلاَّ أَنْ لاَ يَجِدَ نَعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ خُفَّيْنِ وَلْيَقْطَعْهُمَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ وَلاَ تَلْبَسُوا مِنَ الثِّيَابِ شَيْئًا مَسَّهُ الزَّعْفَرَانُ أَوِ الْوَرْسُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mush'ab]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Malik bin Anas] dari [Nafi'] dari [Abdullah bin 'Umar] radliallahu 'anhu bahwa seorang lelaki bertanya kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam; "Pakaian apakah yang boleh dikenakan oleh orang-orang yang berihram?" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjawab: 'Tidak boleh memakai baju, penutup kepala, celana, mantel yang bertudung kepala dan sepatu tinggi, kecuali jika ia tidak mendapatkan sepasang sandal, maka ia boleh memakai khuf, tetapi hendaknya ia memotong keduanya lebih rendah dari mata kaki dan janganlah melumuri pakaian dengan za'faran atau wars (tumbuhan berwarna kuning dan beraroma wangi) (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2929.) Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يَلْبَسَ الْمُحْرِمُ ثَوْبًا مَصْبُوغًا بِوَرْسٍ أَوْ زَعْفَرَانٍ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mush'ab]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Malik bin Anas] dari [Abdullah bin Dinar] dari [Abdullah bin 'Umar] berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang orang yang ihram memakai baju yang bercelup wars (warna kuning dan wangi) atau za'faran (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَخْطُبُ - قَالَ هِشَامٌ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ - فَقَالَ ‏"‏ مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ إِزَارًا فَلْيَلْبَسْ سَرَاوِيلَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ نَعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ خُفَّيْنِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ هِشَامٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ ‏"‏ فَلْيَلْبَسْ سَرَاوِيلَ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَفْقِدَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] dan [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] dari [Amru bin Dinar] dari [Jabir bin Zaid Abu Asy Sya'tsa`] dari [Ibnu Abbas] radliallahu 'anhu, ia berkata; Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkhutbah di atas mimbar seraya bersabda: "Barang siapa yang tidak mendapatkan kain, maka ia dapat memakai celana dan siapa saja yang tidak mendapatkan sepasang sandal, maka ia dapat mengenakan sepatu." Hisyam berkata di dalam Haditsnya; 'Maka ia dapat memakai celana jika ia tidak mendapatkan kain (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2931.) Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِالْعَرْجِ نَزَلْنَا فَجَلَسَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَعَائِشَةُ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ وَأَنَا إِلَى جَنْبِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَكَانَتْ زِمَالَتُنَا وَزِمَالَةُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَاحِدَةً مَعَ غُلاَمِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَ فَطَلَعَ الْغُلاَمُ وَلَيْسَ مَعَهُ بَعِيرُهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَيْنَ بَعِيرُكَ قَالَ أَضْلَلْتُهُ الْبَارِحَةَ ‏.‏ قَالَ مَعَكَ بَعِيرٌ وَاحِدٌ تُضِلُّهُ قَالَ فَطَفِقَ يَضْرِبُهُ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ انْظُرُوا إِلَى هَذَا الْمُحْرِمِ مَا يَصْنَعُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Idris] dari [Muhammad bin Ishaq] dari [Yahya bin Abbad bin Abdullah bin Az Zubair] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Asma binti Abu Bakar] radliallahu 'anha, ia berkata; "Kami pernah keluar bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, dan ketika tiba di daerah 'Ara', kamipun singgah. Lalu Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam duduk (beristirahat) dan Aisyah duduk di sisi beliau, sedangkan aku duduk di samping Abu Bakar. Kendaraan kami dan kendaraan Abu Bakar satu, yang dibawa oleh budak Abu Bakar." (Perawi) berkata; 'Budak itupun muncul tanpa ditemani untanya (kendaraan). Lantas Abu Bakar bertanya; 'Mana untamu? ' Budak itu menjawab; 'Aku kehilangan semalam.' Abu Bakar berujar; 'Kamu hanya memiliki seekor unta lalu kamu hilangkan? ' (Perawi) berkata; 'Maka Abu Bakar pun memukulnya, dan Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: 'Perhatikanlah orang yang tengah berihram ini? Apa yang ia perbuat (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، وَالْمِسْوَرَ بْنَ مَخْرَمَةَ، اخْتَلَفَا بِالأَبْوَاءِ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَغْسِلُ الْمُحْرِمُ رَأْسَهُ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ الْمِسْوَرُ بْنُ مَخْرَمَةَ لاَ يَغْسِلُ الْمُحْرِمُ رَأْسَهُ ‏.‏ فَأَرْسَلَنِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَى أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَوَجَدْتُهُ يَغْتَسِلُ بَيْنَ الْقَرْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ يَسْتَتِرُ بِثَوْبٍ فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَنْ هَذَا قُلْتُ أَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حُنَيْنٍ أَرْسَلَنِي إِلَيْكَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَسْأَلُكَ كَيْفَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَغْسِلُ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ قَالَ فَوَضَعَ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ يَدَهُ عَلَى الثَّوْبِ فَطَأْطَأَهُ حَتَّى بَدَا لِي رَأْسُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لإِنْسَانٍ يَصُبُّ عَلَيْهِ اصْبُبْ ‏.‏ فَصَبَّ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ حَرَّكَ رَأْسَهُ بِيَدَيْهِ فَأَقْبَلَ بِهِمَا وَأَدْبَرَ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُهُ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَفْعَلُ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mush'ab]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Malik] dari [Zaid bin Aslam] dari [Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hunain] dari [Ayahnya] bahwa Abdullah bin Abbas dan Al Miswar bin Makramah berselisih pendapat di daerah Abwa'. Abdullah bin Abbas berkata; "Orang berihram boleh mencuci kepalanya. Sedangkan Al Miswar mengatakan; 'Orang yang berihram tidak boleh mencuci kepalanya.' Maka Ibnu Abbas radliallahu 'anhu mengutusku untuk menemui [Abu Ayub Al Anshari] guna menanyakan tentang hal tersebut, dan aku mendapatkannya (Abu Ayyub) sedang mandi diantara dua tanduk dan ia menutupinya dengan pakaian. Lalu kuucapkan salam kepadanya, dan ia pun bertanya; 'Siapakah itu? ' Aku menjawab; 'Aku Abdullah bin Hunain. Abdullah bin Abbas telah mengutusku kepadamu untuk menanyakan tentang bagaimana Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membasuh kepalanya saat berihram.' Abdullah bin Hunain berkata; Abu Ayyub lalu meletakan tangannya di atas pakaian, lalu mengangguk-anggukkan kepalanya, sehingga nampak olehku kepalanya, kemudian dia berkata kepada seseorang yang tengah menyirami kepalanya; 'Siramilah'. Maka iapun menyirami kepalanya, lalu menggerakan kepalanya dengan kedua tangannya ke depan dan ke belakang. Kemudian Abu Ayyub berkata; 'Begitulah aku melihat Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melakukannya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2934.)
