Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ وَالصُّبْحَ بِمِنًى ثُمَّ يَغْدُو إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ إِلَى عَرَفَةَ . God bless you God bless you God willing Allah's blessings وَافَقَتِ الْجُمُعَةَ فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ ظُهْرٌ وَلَكِنَّهَا قُصِرَتْ مِنْ أَجْلِ السَّفَرِ . قَالَ مَالِكٌ فِي إِمَامِ الْحَاجِّ إِذَا وَافَقَ يَوْمُ or أَوْ يَوْمَ الم إِنَّهُ لاَ يُجَمِّعُ فِي شَىْءٍ مِنْ تِلْكَ الأَيَّامِ .. It has been told to me that Yahya from Malik from [Nafi'] said, "[Abdullah bin Umar] prayed noon, asr, maghrib, isya' and dawn prayers in Mina and then left at the beginning of the afternoon, when the sun had risen to Arafah (Degree: authentic. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالْعِشَاءَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ جَمِيعًا .. It has been told to me that Yahya from Malik from [Ibnu Shihab] from [Salim bin Abdullah] from [Abdullah bin 'Umar] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed the Maghrib and Isha prayers in Muzdalifah with the plural (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 901.) 3rd Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم مِنْ عَرَفَةَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِالشِّعْبِ نَزَلَ فَبَالَ فَتَوَضَّأَ فَلَمْ يُسْبِغِ الْوُضُوءَ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ الصَّلاَةَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . فَقَالَ " أَمَامَكَ " . فَرَكِبَ فَلَمَّا جَاءَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةَ نَزَلَ فَتَوَضَّأَ فَأَسْبَغَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَِ God willing God willing فَصَلاَّهَا وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْئًا .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Musa bin Uqbah] from [Kuraib] a former slave of Ibn 'Abbas, from [Usamah bin Zaid] that he heard him say, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam left Arafat until when he reached a road in a mountainous area, he went down to urinate, then made ablution but did not complete his ablution. Then I asked, "Are we going to pray, O Messenger of Allah?" answered: 'Pray in front of you later.' Then he climbed into his vehicle until when he arrived at Muzdalifah he got off, then performed ablution and completed his ablution. After that prayer was said, he then prayed maghrib prayer. People rest their vehicles in their place, then the Isha' prayer is performed without any other prayer between the two prayers (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 902.) 4th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَالْعِشَاءَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ جَمِيعًا .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from ['Adi bin Thabit Al Ansari] that [Abdullah bin Yazid Al Khathmi] reported to him, that [Abu Ayyub Al Ansari] informed him, that he had prayed Maghrib and Isha prayers in Muzdalifah with Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam during the Hajj Wada' with the plural (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 903.) 5th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ God bless you بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ جَمِيعًا .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] that [Abdullah bin Umar] prayed Maghrib and Isha' prayers at Muzdalifah in the plural (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 904.) 6th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ God willing God bless you وَأَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ صَلاَّهَا بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَأَنَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَأَنَّ عُثْمَانَ صَلاَّهَا بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ شَطْرَ إِمَارَتِهِ ثُمَّ أَتَمَّهَا بَعْدُ .. It has been told to me that Yahya from Malik from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed a prayer consisting of four rak'ahs in Mina into two rak'ahs. [Abu Bakr] also prayed two rak'ahs in Mina. [Umar bin al Khatthab] also prayed two rak'ahs in Mina. [Uthman bin Affan] performed two rak'ahs during part of his leadership, then he fulfilled it afterwards (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 905.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مِنْ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ حِينَ ارْتَفَعَ النَّهَارُ شَيْئًا فَكَبَّرَ فَكَبَّرَ النَّاسُ بِتَكْبِيرِهِ ثُمَِ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَكَبَّرَ النَّاسُ بِتَكْبِيرِهِ حَتَّى يَتَّصِلَ God willing قَدْ خَرَجَ يَرْمِي . قَالَ مَالِكٌ الأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا أَنَّ God willing وَأَوَّلُ ذَلِكَ تَكْبِيرُ الإِمَامِ وَالنَِ صَلاَةِ الظُّهْرَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الصُّبْحْ God bless you. التَّشْرِيقَ God willing, God willing, God willing وَاجِبٌ وَإِنَّمَا يَأْتَمُّ النَّاسُ فِي ذَلِكَ بِإِمَامِ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَانْقَضَى الإِحْرَامُ ائْتَمُّوا بِهِمْ حَتَّى يَكُونُوا مِثْلَهُمْ فِي الْحِلِّ فَأَمَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ حَاجًّا God bless you God willing. God willing. God willing أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ .. Yahya told me from Malik from [Yahya bin Sa'id] that it had reached him, that [Umar bin al Khatthab] came out the next day on Nahr when the sun was starting to rise. He made takbir and people also followed his takbir. On the second day he went out when the sun was a little higher (afternoon), he said takbir and the people joined in the takbir. And on the third day he went out when the sun began to set, he said takbir and the people joined in the takbir because of his takbir. He continued his takbir until he reached the Kaaba, only then it was discovered that Umar had come out to throw the juror (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 908.) 8th Hadith. God willing اللَّهِ بْنْ God bless you God bless you. يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ .. Yahya told me from Malik from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam rested in the Bath in Dzul Hulaifah, then he prayed there." Nafi' said; "Abdullah bin Umar also did the same thing (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 909.) 9th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ God bless you وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ بِالْمُحَصَّبِ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ مَكَّةَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] said, "[Abdullah bin Umar] prayed noon, Asr, Maghrib and Isha' prayers in Muhasshab (an area near Makkah), then entered Makkah at night, then performed Tawaf at the Kaaba (Degree: Sahih. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 910.) 10th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind رِجَالاً يُدْخِلُونَ النَّاسَ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْعَقَبَةِ .. Has told me Yahya from Malik from [Nafi'] said, "They stated that [Umar bin al Khatthab] sent some people who included people from behind Aqabah (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 911.) 11th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَبِيتَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْعَقَبَةِ .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that [Umar bin al Khatthab] said, "Never shall anyone who performs Hajj spend the night in Mina behind Aqabah (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 912.) 12th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ God willing مِنًى لاَ يَبِيتَنَّ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ بِمِنًى .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] that he said regarding the issue of spending the night in Makkah on the night of Mina, "Never should anyone spend the night except in Mina (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 913.) 13th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ God bless you الأُولَيَيْنْ وَيُسَبِّحُهَ عِنْدَ جَمْرَةِ الْعَقَبَةِ .. It was told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] that [Abdullah bin Umar] had stood for a long time in the first two Jumrah; he said takbir, performed tasbih, performed tahmid and prayed to Allah. He did not stop at the Jumrah of Aqabah (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 915.) 14th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing كُلَّمَا رَمَى بِحَصَاةٍ . وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. الَّتِي يُرْمَي قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَأَكْبَرُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ قَلِيلاً أَعْجَبُ إِلَىَّ .. It has been told to me that Malik from [Nafi'] said, "When throwing the juror, every time [Abdullah bin Umar] throws a pebble, he always says takbir." Has told me from Malik that he heard some experts say, "The pebbles thrown during the Jumrah were small pebbles." Malik said, "I would have preferred if the pebbles were a little bigger (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 916.) 15th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ God bless you God willing يَنْفِرَنَّ حَتَّى يَرْمِيَ الْجِمَارَ مِنَ الْغَدِ .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] that [Abdullah bin Umar] once said, "Whoever finds the sun setting in the middle of Tasyriq Day while he is still in Mina, then do not leave until he throws Jumrah the next day (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 917.) 16th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ God willing God willing مَنْ رَكِبَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ .. Has told me from Malik from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [His father] said, "When people throw Jumrah, they usually walk when going home and going. The first person who used a vehicle was [Mu'awiyah bin Abu Sufyan] (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 918.) 17th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ God bless you God willing سُئِلَ مَالِكٌ هَلْ يُرْمَى عَنِ الصَّبِيِِ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَيَتَحَرَّى الْمَرِيضُ حِينَ يُرْمَى عَنْهُ فَيُكَبِّرُ وَهُوَ فِي مَنْزِلِهِ وَيُهََرِيقُ صَحَّ الْمَرِيضُ فِي أَيَِ God bless you. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَهُوَ غَيْرُ مُتَوَضِّئٍ إِعَادَةً وَلَكِنْ لاَ يَتَعَمَّدُ ذَلِكَ .. It has been told to me from Malik that he asked [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim], "Where did [al Qasim] throw the Jumrah Aqabah?" he replied, "From wherever it feels easy for him (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 919.) 18th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. الأَيَّامِ الثَّلاَثَةِ حَتَّى تَزُولَ الشَّمْسُ .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] that [Abdullah bin Umar] said, "Jumrah should not be thrown on these three days except after the sun has set (Degree: sahih. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 920.) 19th hadith. God willing أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ or God willing God willing لِرِعَاءِ الإِبِلِ فِي الْبَيْتُوتَةِ خَارِجِينَ عَنْ مِنًى يَرْمُونَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ثُمَّ يَرْمُونَ الْغَدَ وَمِنْ God bless you .. Yahya has told me from Malik from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr bin Hazm] from [his father] that [Abu Al Badah bin 'Ashim bin 'Adi] told him, from [his father] said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam gave relief to camel herders to spend the night outside Mina. So they threw their jumrah on the day of Nahr, then threw it again the next day and after that for two days, then threw it again on day of Nafar (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 921.) 20th hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing. God willing. God willing. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing لِرِعَاءِ الإِبِلِ فِي تَأْخِيرِ رَمْىِ الْجِمَارِ فِيمَا نُرَى - وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ - أَنَّهُمْ يَرْمُونَ يَوْمَ God willing God willing God willing يَرْمُونَ لِيَوْمِهِمْ ذَلِكَ لأَنَّهُ لاَ يَقْضِي أَحَدٌ God willing God bless you فَقَدْ فَرَغُوا وَإِنْ أَقَامُوا إِلَى الْغَدِ رَمَوْا مَعَ النَّاسِ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ الآخِرِ وَنَفَرُوا .. Having told me from Malik from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from ['Atha bin Abu Rabah] that he heard him mention, that the camel drivers had been given relief from throwing the Jumrah at night, he said; "At the beginning of time." Malik said; "The interpretation of the hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam regarding the rukhshah for camel herders in ending the Jumrah throwing, according to us, wallahu a'lam: they may throw it on the day of slaughter. If the days after the Eid have passed, they throw the Jumrah on the next day, namely on Early Nafar Day. So they throw the Jumrah for the previous days, then throw the Jumrah for that day, because it is not permissible for a person to change anything except what is obligatory for him. If there is an obligation for him that is not completed, then he must make up for it afterwards. After the time of nafar arrives, then they have finished until tomorrow, they throw together with the people on the day of the final nafar, after that they leave (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 922.) 21st Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing حَتَّى أَتَتَا مِنًى بَعْدَ أَنْ غَرَبَتِ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَرَ عَلَيْهِمَا شَيْئًا . قَالَ يَحْيَى سُئِلَ مَالِكٌ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ كَمَا يُصَلِّي الصَّلاَةَ إِذَا نَسِيَهَا God willing God bless you مِنْهَا فَعَلَيْهِ الْهَدْىُ .. It was told to me from Malik from [Abu Bakar bin Nafi'] from [his father] that the daughter of Shafiyyah bint Abu Ubaid's brother menstruated in Muzdalifah, so that he and Shafiyyah were late, they arrived in Mina after sunset on Nahr Day. When the two arrived, [Abdullah bin 'Umar] told him to throw the stoner, and Abdullah bin Umar saw no problem in that (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 923.) 22nd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَعَلَّمَهُمْ أَمْرَ الْحَجِّ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ فِيمَا قَالَ Allah's blessings لَهُ مَا حَرُمَ عَلَى الْحَاجِّ إِلاَّ النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ لاَ يَمَسَّ أَحَدٌ نِسَاءً وَلاَ طِيبًا حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ .. Yahya has told me from Malik from [Nafi'] and [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Abdullah bin 'Umar] that ['Umar bin Khattab] once preached to the people at Arafah, he taught them about the Hajj. Then he said to them in one of his words, "When you arrive from Mina, then for anyone who has thrown the juror, Allah has made lawful for him what is forbidden for those who perform Hajj, except women and perfume. No one is allowed to have sex with a woman or use perfume until he makes Tawaf at the Kaaba (Degree: Sahih. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 924.) 23rd Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ God willing God bless you أَوْ قَصَّرَ وَنَحَرَ هَدْيًا - إِنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ - فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ مَا حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ إِلاَّ النِّسَاءَ وَالع يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] and [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Abdullah bin 'Umar] that [Umar bin Al Khattab] said, "Whoever has thrown the juror, then shaved or shortened his hair, and slaughtered any sacrifice if he brought it, then it is halal for him except women and perfumes until he makes Tawaf in the Kaaba (Degree: Sahih. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 925.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God bless you مَعَ الْعُمْرَةِ ثُمَّ لاَ يَحِلُّ حَتَّى يَحِلَا جَمِيعًا " ." فَلَمْ أَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَلاَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فَشَكَوْتُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولَ فَقَالَ " انْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ وَامْتَشِطِي وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ وَدَعِي الْعُمْرَةَ " . قَالَتْ فَفَعَلْتُ Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَاعْتَمَرْتُ فَقَالَ " هَذَا مَكَانُ عُمْرَتِكِ " . فَطَافَ الَّذِينَ أَهَلُّوا Allah's blessings God willing God willing Allah's blessings فَإِنَّمَا طَافُوا طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا . وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْن عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ . Yahya has told me from Malik from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [his father] from [Aisyah] Ummul Mukminin, he said, "We set out with Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam in the year of the Hajj Wada'. We performed ihram for Umrah, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'Whoever brings slaughter, let him perform ihram for Hajj and Umrah, and he must not remain in Tahallul until both of them are completed.' Aisha said; "I arrived in Mecca while menstruating, even though I had not yet performed Tawaf at the Kaaba or said Sa'i between Safa and Marwa. Then I complained about this to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and he said: 'Untangle your hair and comb it, then enter ihram for the Hajj and leave the Umrah'." Aisyah said; "I then did it. When we had performed the Hajj, Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam sent me with Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakr ash Shidiq to Tan'im, then I performed the Umrah." He said: "This is the place for your Umrah." People who performed Ihram for the Umrah performed Tawaf at the Kaaba and Sa'i between Shofa and Marwa, then they performed Tahallul from it. Then they performed Tawaf again for their Hajj. on their return from Mina. Meanwhile, those who perform ihram only for Hajj, or who collect Hajj and Umrah, then one tawaf is enough." Has told me from Malik from [Ibn Shihab] from [Urwah bin Az Zubair] from [Aisyah] as above (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 926.) 25th Hadith. God willing God willing love God bless you رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ "" يَفْعَلُ الْحَاجُّ غَيْرَ أَنْ لاَ تَطُوفِي بِالْبَيْتِ وَم بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ حَتَّى تَطْهُرِي " .. It was told to me from Malik from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [His father] from [Aisyah] who said, "When I arrived in Makkah, I was menstruating so I couldn't make Tawaf in the Ka'bah or sa'i between the Shafa and Marwah. Then I conveyed this to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: 'Do everything that people who are on Hajj do, except Tawaf in the Kaaba and sa'i between Shafa and Marwah so that you are pure (Degree: sahih. God willing كَانَتْ إِذَا حَجَّتْ وَمَعَهَا نِسَاءٌ تَخَافُ أَنْ يَحِضْنَ قَدَّمَتْهُنَّ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَأَفَضْنَ فَإِنْ حِضْنَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ لَمْ تَنْتَظِرْهُنَّ فَتَنْفِرُ بِهِنَّ - وَهُنَّ حُيَّضٌ - إِذَا كُنَّ قَدْ أَفَضْنَ .. It has been told to me from Malik from [Abu Ar Rijal Muhammad bin Abdurrahman] from [Amrah bint Abdurrahman] said, "If [Aisyah] -Ummul Mukminin- goes on Hajj with women, she is afraid if they menstruate. So she puts them first on the Day of Nahr, so that she can do Tawaf Ifadlah. If after that they experience menstruation, then she doesn't wait for them (until they are pure), but immediately performs Tawaf Ifadlah while they are in menstrual condition. It has been told to me from Malik from [Abdul Malik bin Qurair] from [Muhammmad bin Sirin] said, "A man met [Umar bin Khattab] and asked, "My friend and I were racing with two horses, then we hit a deer, while we were in ihram. Then what do you think?" Umar said to [someone] who was beside him, "Let us have a discussion to judge this incident! " Muhammad bin Sirin said; "Then both of them punished them by paying a fine of one goat. The questioner left, saying, "How come Amirul the Faithful can't give a decision on the matter of a deer unless he has to be with someone else!" Umar heard the person's words, then called him and asked him, "Have you read Surah Al Maidah?" the man answered, "No." Umar asked again, "Do you know who the man was who discussed this incident with me?" the person answered, "I don't know." 'Umar bin Khattab said; "If you had told me that you had read Surah Al Maidah, I would have hit you." Then Umar said, "Allah Tabaraka Wa Ta'ala says in His Book: '(According to the decision of two just people among you as hadyu (namely: camels, oxen, goats, sheep) which were brought to the Kaaba to get closer to Allah, slaughtered in the Haram land and their meat was given to the poor in the context of the Hajj pilgrimage) who were brought up to the Kaaba)' -Qs. Umar said to Ka'ab, "Let's judge this incident together! " Ka'ab said, "(The fine) is one dirham," Umar said to Ka'ab, "For you it is very easy to get dirhams, even though dates are more than enough to ransom grasshoppers (Degree: authentic. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam then told him to cut his hair, he said: "Fast for three days or feed six poor people two mud two mud each, or slaughter a goat.
