Then he departed (left Arafat) when the sun was setting, then he carried Usamah on his back and drove his camel slowly while the people jostled to the right and left, then he turned towards the people and said: "O people, be calm," then he arrived at Jam'un (Muzdalifah) and performed two prayers with them, namely Maghrib and Isha, then he spent the night until dawn, then he went to towards Quzah and stood on it, saying: "This is the place of stopping and all muzdalifah is the place of stopping." Then he continued his journey until he reached the Muhassir valley and stopped there, then he pulled (the reins of his camel) slowly and the camel obeyed until it passed through the valley then he tied it up, then he carried Al Fadlal and walked until he reached the jamarat (the location of the stoning), then he threw. Then he went to the manhar (place for slaughtering animals) and he said: "This is the manhar (place for slaughtering animals) and the mina is all manhar." Ali said then a girl from Khats'am came to ask him for a fatwa and said; "In fact, my father is old and the obligation from Allah in the form of Hajj is obligatory for him, so is it legal for him if I replace his Hajj?" He answered: "Yes, then do it for your father." Ali said; and he turned Al Fadlal's neck, so that Al Abbas said to him; "O Messenger of Allah, you have turned the neck of your uncle's son." He answered: "Because I saw a young man and a young woman, neither of them would be safe from Satan." Ali said; then a man came and asked; "O Messenger of Allah, have I shaved before slaughtering the animal?" He replied: "Slaughter it and there is nothing wrong with it." Then another came and asked; "O Messenger of Allah, do I actually do Tawaf Ifadlah before shaving?" He answered; "Shave it or shorten it and it's okay." Then he went to the Kaaba and performed Tawaf, then went to the Zamzam water and then he said: "O Banu Abdul MuTalib, if it weren't for me being afraid that people would beat you (scramble to give you Zamzam water to drink), I would have taken it (myself)." In fact, I will decide the matter between you if you are happy with it, and that is the best decision, and if not then prepare it by some of you with others, then come to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and he will decide your matter, and whoever goes beyond the limit after that then there is no right for him, collect a quarter of a diyat, a third of a diyat, half a diyat and full diyat from the tribe of the tribe of people who dig holes." Has told us [Sulaiman bin Daud Al Hasyimi] has told us [Abdurrahman] namely Ibn Abu Ziyad, from [Hisyam] from ['Urwah] said; had informed me [my father, Zubair radliallahu 'anhu] that when the battle of Uhud was over a woman came walking, so that when she almost got close to the victims, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not like it if the woman saw them, so he said; "Stop that woman, stop that woman!" Zubair radliallahu 'anhu said; "So I explained that it was my mother, Shafiyyah. I went running towards him, and I was able to catch him before he got close to the fallen victims. But she pushed and hit my chest, and indeed she was a strong and patient woman, then she said; "Get away from me, I don't want you." I told him; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam insisted on forbidding you." So my mother stopped and took out the two cloths she was carrying, then said; "I brought these two cloths for my brother Hamzah, because the news of his miscarriage has reached me, so shroud him in these two cloths." So we took the two cloths to cover Hamzah, but beside Hamzah there was an Ansar man who was killed too, who had been treated as Hamzah was treated. We felt it was inappropriate and embarrassing to shroud Hamza with two cloths while there was no shroud for the Ansar men. So We said: "One cloth for Hamzah and another for the Ansar man," then we measured both of them, it turned out that one of them was bigger than the other so we drew lots between the two and we shrouded each one with the cloth that was his part." Fulaih said; I thought he said: "And if you eat it in the evening then nothing will harm it until the morning." So Umar said; "Pay attention, O 'Amir, to what you tell the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam?" then 'Amir answered; "I testify, and I did not lie in the name of Sa'd and Sa'd did not lie in the name of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam."
