Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنْ God willing وَإِلَّا أَمْسَكَتْ مَْ God willing مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Husyaim] has told us [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] he said: "A woman must stop her prayer during menstruation for seven days, if it is pure (from menstruation), she may return to it, (if she is not immediately pure), she may stop her prayer for up to ten days, and if she is pure (from menstruation), she may perform it, and if (not finished immediately), she should bathe and praying, while he is in a state of istihadhah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing فَهِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ و قَالَ عَطَاءٌ الْحَيْضُ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Ar Rabi'] from [Al Hasan] he said: "(The period of) menstruation is ten days, if more than that, it is (blood) istihadhah', ['Atha`] said: '(The period of) menstruation is fifteen days' ". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ الْحَيْضُ عَشْرَةٌ فَمَا زَادَ فَهِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ. It has been reported to us by [Muhammad bin Yusuf] from [Sufyan] from [Al Jald bin Ayyub] from [Abu `Iyas Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah], from [Anas bin Malik] radliallahu 'anhu he said: "(The period of) menstruation is ten days, and anything beyond that is (blood) istihadhah". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 4th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَمَا زَادَ فَهِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ. It has been reported to us that [Abu Nu'aim] has told us that [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Ali bin Thabit] from [Muhammad bin Zaid] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] may Allah be pleased with him, he said: "(The period of) menstruation is up to thirteen days, and anything beyond that is (blood) istihadhah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ الْحَيْضُ عَشْرَةُ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ هِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Jald bin Ayyub] from [Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah] from [Anas bin Malik] radliallahu 'anhu he said: "(The period of) menstruation is ten days, then (after that) is the blood of istihadhah". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you فَمَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ فَهِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ. It has been reported to us [Hajjaj] has been reported to us [Hammad] from [Ali bin Thabit] from [Muhammad bin Zaid] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] he said: "(The period of) menstruation is thirteen days, and besides that (more than that) is the blood of istihadhah". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. Allah's blessings الْحَسَنْ God willing ثُمَّ هِيَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ. Has told us [Hajjaj] has told us [Hammad] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] he said: "If (a woman) sees blood, then she refrains (does not perform) prayer after the days of her menstruation (approximately) a day or two, then after that it means she experiences istihadhah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God willing زَيْدٍ عَنْ الْجَلْدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَنْتَظِرُ Allah's blessings عَشْرًا. Has told us [Abu An Nu'man] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Jald bin Ayyub] from [Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah] from [Anas] radiallahu 'anhu he said: "A woman who experiences istihadhah can wait three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, or ten days." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing. Has reported to us [Ja'far bin 'Aun] from [Ibn Juraij] from ['Atha`] he said: "The news has come to us that women who experience istihadhah can wait a day at most from their menstrual period." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Al Mubarak] has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] from [Mufadhdhal bin Muhalhal] from [Sufyan] from [ibnu Juraij] from ['Atha`] he said: "The longest (period of) menstruation is fifteen days". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَأَلْتُهُ أَيْضًا عَنْ هَذَا قَالَ أَقَلُّ الْحَيْضِ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ وَأَكْثَرُهُ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] he said: [Sufyan] said: [News has come to me] from [Anas] radiallahu 'anhu That he said: "The fastest (period of) menstruation is three days", Abdullah Ad Darimi was once asked: 'Do you take this opinion? ', he answered: 'Yes, if that is his habit', and I once asked him about this too, he answered: 'The minimum (period of) menstruation is a day and a night and the longest is fifteen days' ". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد هُوَ God willing عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ أَدْنَى الْحَيْضِ ثَلَاثٌ. Has informed us [Al Hakam bin Al Mubarak] Has informed us [Muhammad bin Abu Zakaria] -Abu Muhammad said: He is Abu Sa'ad As Shaghani-, from [Sufyan] from [Ar Rabi'] from [Al Hasan] he said: "The shortest (period of) menstruation is three days". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ أَدْنَى الْحَيْضِ يَوْمٌ. It has been reported to us [Al Hakam bin Al Mubarak] has reported to us [Makhlad bin Yazid] from [Ma'qil bin Ubaidullah] from ['Atha`] he said: "(The) maximum period of menstruation is one day." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing فَهُوَ مِنْ الْحَيْضِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah Ar Raqasyi] has told us [Wuhaib] has told us [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] he said: "If a woman sees blood before (her menstrual period is usually) a day or two, it is menstrual blood." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 15th Hadith. God bless you قَتَادَةَ وَقَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا God willing God bless you نِسَائِهَا. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammad] from [Qatadah] and [Qais bin Sa'ad] from ['Atha`]; That both of them once said about a virgin if she experiences postpartum, then experiences istihadhah, both of them said: "She must refrain (not perform) prayer like an adult woman does." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God bless you الْحَيْضْ هَذَا فَقَالَ هُوَ أَشْبَهُ الْأَشْيَاءِ. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] he said: [Sufyan] once said: "When a woman experiences menstruation for the first time, she is positioned like an adult woman who has experienced it." Abdullah was then asked about this, and he answered: "That (both women who are experiencing menstruation for the first time and adult women who are already menstruating) is the same case." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 17th Hadith. God bless you لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْكَبِيرَةِ تَرَى الدَّمَ قَالَ لَا نَرَاهُ حَيْضًا. It has been reported to us that [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Laits] from ['Atha`] about an old woman who saw (from her private parts) blood, she said: "That is not menstrual blood." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بْنُ الْمُبَارَكَ God willing رَأَتْ الدَّمَ فَأَمَرَ فِيهَا بِشَأْنِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] has reported to me [Ibn Juraij] from ['Atha`] about a woman who had not menstruated for thirty years, then he saw blood (from her genitals), so he ordered (to punish) her as in the case of istihadhah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ تَفْعَلُ كَمَا God willing. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Ibn Juraij] from ['Atha`] about an old woman who saw blood (from her genitals), he said: "Her condition was like a woman experiencing istihadhah, she did what (should) be done by a woman experiencing istihadhah". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 20th hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِالْأَشْهُرِ. Has told us [Hajjaj] has told us [Hammad] from [Hajjaj] from ['Atha`] and [Al Hakam bin 'Utaibah] about a woman who stopped menstruating (and then found blood again): "If she sees blood (again), she should perform ablution and pray without having to bathe." Abdullah was once asked about an old woman (who found blood from her genitals), he answered: "She should perform ablution and pray, and if she is dithalaq (divorced), she must undergo 'iddah for several months." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] he said: [Sufyan] once said: "The holy (period) is for fifteen days". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God bless you فَقَدْ خَلَا أَجَلُهَا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد سَمِعْت يَزِيدَ بْنَ هَارُونَ يَقُولُ أَسْتَحِبُّ الطُّهْرَ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ. Has told us [Al Mu'alla bin `Asad] has told us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Al Mughirah] from [Ibrahim] he said: "If a woman experiences three menstruation during one month or forty nights (days), he says: 'If there are several fair witnesses among women, that he sees blood which makes it haram for the woman to pray based on the menstrual habits experienced by women, then the woman who experiences it is free from responsibility. (it is not obligatory to pray) ". Abu Muhammad said: "I once heard Yazid bin Harun say: 'I would prefer (to make the holy period (appropriate for women) fifteen days' "). (Degree: authentic. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ لِشُرَيْحٍ اقْضِ بَيْنَهُمَا قَالَ يَا أَمِيرَ God bless you قَالَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَأَنْتَ هَا هُنَا قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مِمَّنْ يُرْضَى دِينُهُ وَأَمَانَتُهُ تَزْعُمُ أَنَّهَا حَاضَتْ ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ تَطْهُرُ عِنْدَ كُلِِ God bless you God willing. Has reported to us [Ya'la] has told us [Isma'il] from ['Amir] he said: "Once a woman came to Ali to complain about her husband who had divorced her, she said: 'I have menstruated three times a month, so [Ali] said to [Syuraih]: 'Decide the problem between the two of them', she said: 'O amirul mu'minin, (why do you order me while) you are still here? ', he said: 'Decide the problem between the two of them', he said: 'O amirul mu`minin, are you still here', he said: 'Decide the problem between the two', he said: 'If there is a woman from a family whose religion and trust is good and declares that this woman has menstruated three times a month, then she purifies herself every time during her holy period and then she prays, then there is nothing wrong with her (to be divorced), but if not, then it is not permissible for her. (he is divorced)', Ali said: 'Qaaluun' in Ramawi means 'You are really right'". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 24th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing اللَّهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءْ يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَنْ يَكْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ فِي God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الشَّهْرِ كَيْفَ يَكُونُ. It has been reported to us ['Amr bin 'Aun] from [khalid bin Abdullah] from [Khalid Al Hadzdza`] from ['Ikrimah] (in the interpretation of the verse) "WA LAA YAHILLU LAHUNNA AN YAKTUMNA MAA KHALAQALLAHU FII ARHAAMIHINNA" (And they must not hide what Allah subhanallahu wa ta'ala created in their wombs) -Qs. Al Baqarah: 228-,: 'It means menstruation', Said to Abu Muhammad: 'Did you say that too? ', he answered: 'No', and Abdullah was asked about the Syuraih hadith, did you say that? ', he answered: 'No', and he said: 'How can there be three menstruations in one month? ' ". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 25th Hadith. God willing عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing النِّسَاءَ أَنْ يَنْظُرْنَ لَيْلًـ إِنَّهُ قَدْ يَكُونُ الصُّفْرَةَ وَالْكُدْرَةَ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Ibn 'Ulayyah] from [Abdur Rahman bin Ishaq] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr] from ['Amrah] he said: "[Aisyah] may Allah be pleased with her forbade women to see menstrual blood at night, she also said: "Sometimes it (the blood) looks yellowish or blackish (murky)". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 26th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God, God قَالَتْ كَانَتْ عَمْرَةُ تَأْمُرُ النِّسَاءَ أَنْ لَا يَغْتَسِلْنَ حَتَّى تَخْرُجَ الْقُطْنَةُ بَيْضَاءَ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [his slave 'Amrah] he said: "['Amrah] ordered the women not to bathe until the cotton (which is used to wrap the genitals) looks white". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 27th Hadith. God bless you God willing وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ رَأَتْهُ بَعْدَ أَيَّامِ الْحَيْضِ مِنْ دَمٍ God willing تَأْخُذُ بِقَوْلِ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ نَعَمْ. Has informed us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] he said: [Sufyan] said: "The blackish (murky) color and the yellowish color during the days of menstruation is menstrual blood. And everything that she sees after the days of menstruation, whether in the form of blood, or blackish spots or yellowish spots, then her blood is experiencing istihadhah." Abdullah was once asked: "Do you agree with Sufyan's opinion?", he answered: "Yes" ". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 28th Hadith. God willing اللَّهِ بْنّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَكَانَتْ فِي حِجْرَ God willing فِيهَا كَالصُّفْرَةِ تَسْأَلُهَا هَلْ تَرَى إِذَا لَمْ تَرَ God willing فَقَالَتْ لَا حَتَّى تَرَى الْبَيَاضَ خَالِصًا. Having reported to us [Ya'la] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr] from his wife - [Fatimah bint Muhammad] -, who at that time was in the care of 'Amrah, he said: "A woman from the Quraysh tribe once sent a piece of cotton cloth that had yellowish spots on it, ['Amrah] asked him: 'In your opinion, if the only thing visible during menstruation is blood of this color, would it be considered holy? ', he answered: 'No, until you see completely pure white' ". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 29th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَزِيدَ بْنِ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَقَ قَالَ God willing فِي حِجْرِهَا فَكَانَتْ إِحْدَانَا تَحِيضُ ثُمَّ تَطْهُرُ فَتَغْتَسِلُ وَتُصَلِّي ثُمَّ تَنْكُسُهَا الصُّفْرَةُ God willing لَا نَرَى إِلَّا الْبَيَاضَ خَالِصًا. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah Ar Raqasyi] from [Yazid bin Zurai'] has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] he said: Has told me [Fathimah] from [Asma`] she said: 'We used to live with her, then one of us experienced menstruation and became pure, then she bathed and prayed, then saw yellowish spots, so she (Asma`) ordered us that (if we experience menstruation) leaving prayer until we see nothing (from our genitals) except pure white spots." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 30th Hadith. God willing God willing وَالدَّمُ فِي أَيَّامِ الْحَيْضِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْحَيْضِ. It has been reported to us by [Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Sufyan] from [Ibn Juraij] from ['Atha`] he said: "Cloudy, yellowish spots and blood (that comes out) on the days of menstruation are menstrual blood." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 31st Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَتُصَلِّي. It has been reported to us by [Zaid bin Yahya bin Ubaid Ad Dimasyqi] from [Muhammad bin Rasyid] from [Sulaiman bin Musa] from ['Atha` bin Abu Rabah] from [Aisyah] radiallahu 'anha that he once said: "If she (a woman) sees blood (coming out of her genitals), she should refrain from praying until she sees (a sign of) purity, a white spot like cotton, then she bathes and prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 32nd Hadith. God willing زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الْأَحْوَلِ قَالَ كَانَ الْحَسَنُ لَا God bless you اللَّحْمِ شَيْئًا. It has been reported to us that [Abu An Nu'man] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from ['Ashim Al `Ahwal] he said: "[Al Hasan] does not consider yellowish spots, blackish cloudy colors, as well as blood that is like the result of cleaning (washing) flesh as anything (not from menstrual blood)". (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 33rd Hadith. God willing God willing كُنَّا لَا نَعُدُّ الصُّفْرَةَ وَالْكُدْرَةَ شَيْئًا. It has been reported to us that [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Ibn Ulayyah] from [Ayyub] from [Muhammad] from [Ummu 'Athiyyah] he said: "We do not consider yellowish spots and blackish cloudy color to be anything (not menstrual blood)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 34th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing التَّرِيَّةُ تَغْسِلُهُ وَتَوَضَّأُ وَتُصَلِّي. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Isra`il] from [Abdul A'la] from [Muhammad bin Al Hanafiyyah] about a woman who saw yellowish spots after her holy period, he said: "The yellowish spots that are close to black must be washed and the woman must perform ablution and then pray." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 35th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُم God willing God willing قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ التَّرِيَّةُ الصُّفْرَةُ وَالْكُدْرَةُ. It has been reported to us [Abu Nu'aim] and [Hajjaj] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Yunus] and [Humaid] from [Al Hasan] that he said: "In at-tariyyah nothing is considered after the experiencer has bathed except purity." Abdullah said: "At Tariyyah is yellowish and blackish (turbid) spots." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 36th Hadith. God willing قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي التَّرِيَّةِ بَْدَ God. It has been reported to us [Hajjaj] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Qais] from ['Atha`] he said: "There is nothing in at tariyyah after bathing after menstruation except purity." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 37th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing وَالصُّفْرَةِ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ شَيْئًا. Having told us [Hajjaj] had told us [Hammad] from [Qatadah] from [Ummu Al Hudzail] from [Ummu 'Athiyyah] -and at that time he had pledged allegiance to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam-, he said: "We do not consider blackish cloudy spots and yellowish spots after taking a big bath as anything." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 38th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing الْغُسْلِ بِيَوْم0 الصَّلَاةِ يَوْمًا ثُمَّ هِيَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ. It has been reported to us [Hajjaj] has told us [Hammad] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] he said: "If a woman who is menstruating sees fresh blood (flowing) a day or two after she bathed hadats, then she must refrain (not perform) prayer for a day, then after that (she becomes) a woman experiencing istihadhah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 39th Hadith. قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد سَمِعْتُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ هَارُونَ يَقُولُ God willing God willing وَبَيْنَ الْعَشْرِ فَالنِّكَاحُ جَائِزٌ صَحِيحٌ فَإِنْ رَأَتْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you قَالَ نَعَمْ. Abu Muhammad said: "I once heard [Yazid bin Harun] say: "If (usually) a woman's menstrual period is seven days, then she sees a holy white spot (sign), then she gets married, then she sees blood (which comes out again) within (usually) ten days, then the marriage is permissible and valid, and if she sees a holy (sign) before the seven days are complete, then she gets married, and then she sees blood, then her marriage is not permissible when she is menstruating."
