Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. مَسْأَلَةٍ وُكِلْتَ إِلَيْهَا وَإِنْ أُعْطِيتَهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ مَسْأَلَةٍ أُعِنْتَ عَلَيْهَا فَإِذَا حَلَفْتَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَرَأَيْتَ غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا فَكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَأْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ Allah's blessings God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ الْحَدِيثِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Fadhl] has told us [Jarir bin Hazim] has told us [Al Hasan] has told us [Abdurrahman bin Samurah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "O Abdurrahman bin Samurah, do not ask for a position, in fact if you are given a position because you ask, you will be abandoned, but if you are given a position without asking, then you will be helped in carrying it out. And if you swear, then you see something better, then pay the kafarah of your oath, and do better." Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] from [Abdurrahman bin Samurah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said:...." then he mentioned the hadith as above. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind أَعْتِقْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ. Has told us [Abu Al Walid Ath Thayalisi] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Muhammad bin 'Amr] from [Abu Salamah] from [Ash Sharid] he said; I went to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said; "In fact, my mother has an obligation to free slaves, while I have black female slaves, is it legal for her?" He answered: "Call him!" then he said: "Do you testify that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah?" The slave answered; "Yes." He said: "Free her, indeed she is a believing woman." Has told us [Uthman bin Muhammad] has told us [Husyaim] has told us [Abdullah bin Abu Salih] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Your oath is something that can convince your friends." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 4th Hadith. God willing مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّتِي يَحْلِفُ بِهَا لَا وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ. Having reported to us ['Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Sufyan] from [Musa bin 'Uqbah] from [Salim] from [Ibn Umar] he said; The oath that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam made was: "No, by the One who turns hearts." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ God willing, God willing, God Almighty God أَبِي الْعَوْجَاءْ God willing God bless you God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَإِنْ أَخَذَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ عَدَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ النَّارُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا مُخَلَّدًا. Has informed us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Al Harith bin Fudhail] from [Sufyan bin Abu Al 'Auja` As Sulami] from [Abu Syuraih Al Khuza'i] he said; I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever is tested by the death of his soul, or khabl - khabl is injury - then he has the right to choose one of three things, if he wants to add a fourth, then prevent him. That is either revenge, or forgiveness, or taking death. If he has taken one of these three things, then goes beyond the limit after that, then for him Hell, he will be eternal in it." God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْيَمَنْ قَتْلًا عَنْ بَيِّنَةٍ فَإِنَّهُ قَوَدُ يَدِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَرْضَى أَوْلِيَاءُ الْمَقْتُولِ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد اعْتَبَطَ قَتَلَ مِنْ غَيْرِ عِلَّةٍ. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Musa] has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] from [Sulaiman bin Daud] has told me [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amr bin Hazm] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has written a letter to the people of Yemen, and among the contents of the letter is: "Whoever kills a believer tyrannically without proof what is clear, then he will get retribution, unless the guardians of the person who was killed feel willing." Abu Muhammad said; "I'tabatha is killing without a valid reason." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهّ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind فِي مَنْهَلٍ مِنْ مَنَاهِلِ خَيْبَرَ فَاسْتُصْرِخَ عَلَيْهِ God bless him God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing مَسْعُودٍ وَمُحَيِّصَةُ فَتَكَلَّمَ عََْدُ وَكَانَ أَحْدَثَهُمْ سِنًّا وَهُوَ صَاحِبُ الدَّمِ وَذَا قَدَمٍ فِي الْقَوْمِ فَلَمَّا تَكَلَّمَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you هُوَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ Allah's blessings يَمِينًا ثُمَّ نُسَلِّمُهُ إِلَيْكُمْ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ God bless you نَدْرِي مَنْ قَتَلَهُ إِلَّا أَنَّ يَهُودَ عَدُوُّنَا وَبَيْنَ God bless you God willing مِنْهُ قَالُوا مَا كُنَّا لِنَقْبَلَ أَيْمَانَ يَهُودَ مَا فِيهِمْ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ أَنْ يَحْلِفُوا عَلَى إِثْمٍ قَالَ فَوَدَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ بِمِائَةِ نَاقَةٍ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah Ar Raqasyi] has told us [Yazid bin Zurai'] has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] has told us [Busyair bin Yasar] from [Sahl bin Abu Hatsmah] he said; Abdullah bin Sahl - one of the Bani Harithah - went out to Khaibar with several people from his people. They wanted to pick up dates in Khaibar. Sahl bin Abu Hatsmah said; "Then Abdullah bin Sahl was killed and his neck was cut and thrown into a well in Khaibar. Then his companions shouted for help, after they had taken out his body and buried it, they came to see Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam in Medina, then his brother, Abdurrahman bin Sahl - he had been with Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam for a long time together with two of his uncle's sons, namely Huwayyishah and Muhayyishah, met him, Abdurrahman spoke up - he was the youngest person among them, the person who had the right to the blood and the person who converted to Islam before them - When he spoke, Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The older person should speak first, the older person should speak first," Sahl bin Abu Hatsmah said; "Then Abdurrahman stepped back and Huwayyishah and Muhayyishah spoke, after that he spoke. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Can you name a person who kills, then you swear fifty times over him, then we hand over that person to you." They said; "O Messenger of Allah, we cannot swear against something we do not know, we do not understand who killed him. It's just that the Jews are our enemies, and those who are among them he will kill. He said: "Do they swear to you in the name of Allah so that they are free from the blood of your friends?" They said; "The oath of the Jews, there is nothing greater for them than that they have to swear for sins." Sahl bin Abu Hatsmah said; then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi Wasallam redeemed him with a hundred camels belonging to him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْيَمَنْ بِالْمَرْأَةِ. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Musa] has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] from [Sulaiman bin Daud] has told me [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amr bin Hazm] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam wrote a letter to the people of Yemen, among the contents of the letter is that men are killed if they kill women. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God bless you God willing God willing فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرُضَّ رَأْسُهُ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ. It has been reported to us ['Affan] has told us [Hammam] has told us [Qatadah] from [Anas] that a woman had her head clamped between two stones. Then he was asked; "Who did this to you? Is Fulan? Is Fulan?" Until a Jew was mentioned, the woman nodded her head. Then a messenger was sent to meet the Jew, and he was brought. After the Jew confessed, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered his head to be clamped between two stones." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you فَهْمًا يُعْطِيهِ اللَّهُ الرَّجُلَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ وَمَا فِي God willing وَفِكَاكُ الْأَسِيرِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِمُشْرِكٍ. Has reported to us [Ishaq] has reported to us [Jarir] from [Mutharrif] from [Ash Sha'bi] from [Abu Juhaifah] he said; I said to [Ali]; "O emirul mu'minin, do you know anything from revelation other than what is in the Book of Allah Ta'ala?" He answered; "No, by the One who grows seeds and creates souls, except the understanding that Allah gives a person regarding the Qur'an, and what is in this page." I said; "What's on the sheet?," he said; "The contents are diyat, the release of prisoners, and a muslim is not killed for (killing) a polytheist." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ وَلَا يُقَادُ بِالْوَلَدِ الْوَالِدُ. Having reported to us [Ja'far bin 'Aun] from [Isma'il bin Muslim] from ['Amr bin Dinar] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Had punishments should not be enforced in the mosque, and there should be no qishash of parents against their children." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَبْدَهُ قَتَم God bless you حُرٌّ بِعَبْدٍ. It has been reported to us [Sa'id bin 'Amir] from [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah bin Jundub] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever kills a slave, we will kill him, and whoever cuts off his nose, we will cut off his nose." The narrator said; then Al Hasan forgot this hadith, he used to say; "People who are free are not killed for (killing) a slave." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدْ Allah's blessings عُمَرَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِِ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهْ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَتَأْخُذُ الدِّيَةَ قَالَ لَا قَالَ تَقْتُلُهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God willing يَبُوءُ بِإِثْمِكَ وَإِثْمِ صَاحِبِكَ قَالَ فَتَرَكَهُ قَالَ فَأَنَا رَأَيْتُهُ يَجُرُّ نِسْعَتَهُ قَدْ عَفَا عَنْهُ. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdullah Al Hamdani] has told us [Abu Usamah] from ['Auf] from [Hamzah Abu Umar] from ['Alqamah bin Wa`il Al Hadhrami] from his father, namely [Wa`il bin Hujr] he said; "I witnessed the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when a murderer who was led by the family was killed while tied up. Then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam asked the guardian of the victim: "Do you forgive?" He said; "No." He said: "Are you asking for ransom?" He said; "No." He said: "Are you going to kill him?" He said; "Yes." Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If you forgive him, then he will carry your sins and the sins of your friends." Wa`il bin Hujr said; "Then the guardian of the victim let him. Wa`il said; "After that I saw the person who killed him pulling his reins and the guardian of the person who was killed had forgiven him." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِاللَّهِ وَعُقُوق0 God bless you. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basyar] has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Firas] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Abdullah bin 'Amr] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "The great sins are associating partners with Allah, disobedience to one's parents, and killing the soul." -Syu'bah is doubtful about the redaction of the hadith- Or a false oath." God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you فِي الدُّنْيَا عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ. It has been told to us [Wahb bin Jarir] has told us [Hisyam] from [Yahya] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Thabit bin Adh Dhahhak] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Cursing a believer is like killing him, whoever kills himself with something in the World, he will be tortured with that tool on the Day of Resurrection." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings بِحَدِيدَةٍ فَحَدِيدَتُهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَتَم بَطْنِهْ God bless you يَتَحَسَّاهُ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا God bless you يَتَرَدَّى فِي نَارَ أَبَدًا. Has told us [Ya'la bin 'Ubaid] has told us [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "And whoever commits suicide by (piercing himself with) iron, then the iron will be in his hand, and he will plunge it into his stomach in the hell of hell, he will remain eternal and eternal in it forever. Whoever takes poison, until he dies, then the poison will be in his hand, and he will uphold it in the hell of hell, he is eternal and eternal in it forever. Whoever throws himself down from the mountain, until he kills his soul (suicide), then he will fall into hell, eternal and eternal in it forever." (Degree: authentic. God willing مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ God bless you رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَشَرَ أَلْفًا فَذَلِكَ قَوؒلُهُ God willing الدِّيَةَ. Has told us [Mu'adz bin Hani`] has told us [Muhammad bin Muslim] has told us ['Amr bin Dinar] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas], he said; "A man killed another man during the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam decreed that his diyat would be twelve thousand. That is the word of Allah. And they do not blame (Allah and His Messenger), except because Allah and His Messenger have bestowed His grace on them. QS At Taubah; 74, Namely in the matter of taking diyat. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْيَمَنْ Has told us [Al Hakam] has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] from [Sulaiman bin Daud] he said; has told me [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amar bin Hazm] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam had written a letter to the people of Yemen: ".... and on the owners of gold a thousand dinars." God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْيَمَنِ بِسْمّ God willing شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ عَبْدَ كُلَالٍ وَنُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ كُلَالٍ قِيَلِ ذِي رُعَيْنٍ وَمَعَافِرَ وَهَمَدَانَ فَكَانَ فِي كِتَابِهِ وَِنَّ فِي God willing. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Musa] has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] from [Sulaiman bin Daud] has told me [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amru bin Hazm] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once wrote (a letter) to the people of Yemen: "BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHIIM from Muhammad a Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, to Syurahbil bin Abdu Kulal and Al Harith bin Abdul Kulal and Nu'aim bin Abdul Kulal in Qail Ru'ain, Ma'afir and Hamadan.." -And among the contents of the letter is- ".... that for the soul, a hundred camels are diyat." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 20th hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْيَمَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing الْعَيْنَيْنْ God willing God willing عَشَرَةَ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Musa] has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] from [Sulaiman bin Daud] has told me [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amr bin Hazm] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once wrote a letter to the people of Yemen, and among the contents of his letter was, ".....for the nose when it is cut off, everything is one diyat, for one diyat for the tongue, one diyat for two lips, one diyat for two testicles, one diyat for the penis, one diyat for the spine, one diyat for two eyes, one half a diyat for one leg, a wound that reaches the brain, a third a diyat, an internal wound a third a diyat, a fractured bone and a dislocation of fifteen camels." Allah's blessings مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَل God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْخَطَإِ أَخْمَاسًا. It has been reported to us [Abdullah bin Sa'id] has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Hajjaj] from [Zaid bin Jubair] from [Khisyf bin Malik] from [Abdullah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam made diyat because it was not intentional, it was akhmas." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي God bless you فُقَرَاءَ قَطَعَ يَدَ غُلَامٍ لِأُنَاسٍ أَغْنِيَاءَ فَأَتَى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لِأُنَاسٍ فُقَرَاءَ God willing وَسَلَّمَ شَيْئًا. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Yazid Ar Rifa'i] has told me [Mu'adz bin Hisham] from [his father] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Nadhrah] from [Imran bin Hushain] that a poor man's slave had cut off the hand of a rich man's slave, then the owner came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said; "O Messenger of Allah, indeed the slave belonged to the poor. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not give him anything." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 23rd Hadith. God willing God willing God willing love عَشْرٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ. Has told us [Nu'aim] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Ghalib At Tammar] from [Masruq bin Aus] from [Abu Musa Al Asy'ari] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "This and this are the same." Then I said; "Ten, ten?" He said: "Yes." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 24th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings بِخِنْصِرِهِ وَإِبْهَامِهِ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Qatadah] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] from [the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "This and this are the same." He made a gesture by showing his little finger and thumb." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 25th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. Finally he decided that the diyat of the fetus was a male or female slave and he decided that the diyat would be borne by his guardians, and that the murdered woman would be inherited by her heirs, namely her children and those with her. Then Hamal bin An Nabighah Al Hudzali said; "How can I bear the fine of someone who hasn't eaten or drank?, hasn't spoken and cried? (Isn't) something like this (including) something that is cancelled?"
