Zaid bin Tsabit

Zaid bin Thabit RA joined as the author of the official revelations of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ from a young age because of his intelligence, including studying Hebrew and Syriac at the behest of the Prophet ﷺ for correspondence purposes. After the death of the Prophet ﷺ, he was trusted to lead the team compiling the Al-Qur'an into one mushaf during the time of Abu Bakr RA, then perfecting its standardization during the time of Uthman RA - making him a key figure in the history of preserving the text of the Al-Qur'an.
