This book, “Names of the Sheikhs of Imam al-Bukhari,” by its author, Muhammad bin Ishaq bin Mandah al-Asbahani, deals with a narration of the names of the sheikhs of Imam al-Bukhari, may God have mercy on him, according to the letters of the dictionary. The book begins with the letter Alif and then gradually moves to the rest of the letters. Under each letter, it mentions the names of the sheikhs from whom Al-Bukhari narrated, along with some details about their lives and deaths.
