This book by Ibn al-Mubarrad deals with a hadith mentioned in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad about the cupping of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the mosque, and presents the point of view that the hadith is a Qur’an and that it was “he cupped” instead of “he cupped.” The author discusses the narrations of the hadith and the sayings of the scholars regarding it, and infers the authenticity of the narration “He was cupped” despite what is being raised about the authenticity of the authentication. The book falls within the hadith sections and aims to clarify the correct understanding of the hadith and indicate whether it is a Qur’an or not.
