كتاب الإكليل هو كتاب من تأليف الجغرافي والمؤرخ لسان اليمن أبي محمد الحسن بن أحمد الهمداني، وهو أهم كتبه، وعنوانه الكامل، الإكليل-من أخبار اليمن وأنساب حِمْيَر، ويتألف من عشرة أجزاء تجمع بين علوم الأخبار والآثار والأنساب واللغة، والذي يعد واحدا من أشهر الكتب التاريخية على مستوى اليمن والمنطقة، ويعتبره الباحثون موسوعة في الحضارة اليمنية لفترة ما قبل الإسلام، وكتاب الإكليل للهمداني إلى جانب كونه كتاب تاريخ وأنساب ومحافد وآثار فهو يُعتبر أيضا كتاب هوية تاريخية وحضارية لليمن، بما تكتنزه اليمن من موروث حضاري وتاريخي مهول، لا يزال قيد المجهول في أغلبه حتى اليوم. …

The Book of the Wreath is a book written by the geographer and historian Lisan al-Yemen Abi Muhammad al-Hasan bin Ahmed al-Hamdani. It is his most important book, and its full title is The Wreath - From the News of Yemen and the Genealogy of Himyar. It consists of ten parts that combine the sciences of news, archeology, genealogy, and language. It is considered one of the most famous historical books in Yemen and the region. Researchers consider it an encyclopedia of Yemeni civilization for the pre-Islamic period. The Book of the Wreath by al-Hamdani is in addition to being a book.
