This book, “The Haste of the Beginner and the Virtue of the End in Lineage” by Al-Hazmi is a book on genealogy, in which the author studies and traces the lineage of Arab and Persian tribes. The book is divided according to the letters of the alphabet, and in each section it reviews the genealogies of the tribes that are attributed to the aforementioned letter, with a focus on the importance of knowing genealogies in the science of hadith and building the foundations of Islam. The book aims to provide a brief introduction to each type of Hadith science, highlighting the importance of knowledge of genealogy as one of the foundations of this science.
